(00:01) Hi tentmakers.

welcome to another Bible cast video. Today's versetoday's verse is Joshua 1:8.

(00:08) 오늘 말씀은 여호수아 1장 8절 이야.

“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth but you shall mediate on it day and night. so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. for then you will make your way prosperous and then you will have good success.”

이 율법책은 너의 입에서 떠나지 말게 하며 주야로 그것을 묵상하여 그 안에 기록된 대로 다 지켜 행하라. 그리하면 너의 길이 평탄하게 될 것이며 너에게 형통하리라.

This is a pretty long verse.

이거는 엄청 긴 구절이지.

But there’s a short and improtant lesson here.

근데 여기서 짧고 중요한 한 가지를 배울 수 있어.

Meditate on it day and night.

주야로 그것을 묵상하라.

Meditate just means (01:12) to think deeply about something.

여기서 묵상은 그냥 깊이 생각하는 거야.

God’s not just asking you to read the Bible once and move on.

하나님은 성경을 그냥 한 분 읽고 넘어가라고 하시는게 아니야.

He wants you to think about it every day.

매일 말씀을 생각하기 원하셔.

So don't just read it and forget.

그래서 그냥 읽고 바로 잃어버리지 말고

Take a moment to think about it.

잠깐이라도 멈춰서 생각해봐. M.
