Jesus, the Crucified King

Jesus the Crucified King of the World (vv. 17-22)

As Confirmed in the Scriptures (vv. 23-37)

Who was buried on Friday (vv. 38-42)

MPT: Jesus was crucified in accordance with the scriptures, so that you also may believe.

MPS: Jesus’ crucifixion was always part of God’s plan, so believe in Him.

OSS: Non-Believer- Believe in Jesus for he fulfilled God’s plan so that you might be saved. Surrender your throne and let Jesus reign as the King of your heart. Believer- Because Jesus’ crucifixion was part of God’s plan we can continue to trust in Him in the midst of suffering that they are all part of God fulfilling His global plans. Jesus has resurrected. Keep the faith, Sunday’s coming.
