2 commandments pray and praise

if this then this

the natural thing for you to do when you are suffering should be to pray

the natural thing to do when you are cheerful is to praise

in our highs and lows look to God first

people often do one or the other

in suffering dont run from God run to him

In Joy dont forget God instead praise him

leaders pray for the needs of the church

when you look for a church look for a pastor whoi will come and pray with you

God is the healer

V15-18

prayer is powerfull

Elijah was just like us and look at his prayer

so you have that type of faith

d you believe in prayer

V19-20

evangelism reconciliation are wonderfull

if you see a sinner help them
