We need reminders…

What does Jesus give his disciples in the last hours before their most significant trial yet?

Not an instruction manual… But a reminder

Because he loved them

John 13:1 “1 Now before the Feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that his hour had come to depart out of this world to the Father, having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end.”

The Lords Supper is a reminder to us of Jesus loving us to the end…

Use this time as a reminder to reflect on what Jesus has done… but also what we have done…

Believers prepare your elements and your hearts…

If you have yet to place your trust in Jesus I Pray you would use this as a time of reflection and know… He has loved you to the end.

1 Corinthians 11:23–26 “the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread, 24 and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, “This is my body, which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”

25 In the same way also he took the cup, after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.”

26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.”

Matthew 26:30 “30 And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.”
