The Coming One-World Government
The Coming One-World Government
Lesson
Lesson
Earlier, we learned the Holy Roman Empire has already been reborn and will be the center for world power at the time of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Two leaders — a political leader and a religious leader have always ruled this empire.
During the end time two leaders 1) The Antichrist — the most powerful political leader from Europe and 2) False Prophet — the most powerful religious leader from Rome will rule this revived Holy Roman Empire.
The Antichrist
The Antichrist
The Antichrist is the coming one-world government dictator and he is alive right now waiting to be revealed. He is referred to by many names in Scripture. 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 refers to him as the man of sin, the son of perdition.
It says, “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come,” this is referring to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, “except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.”
2 Thessalonians 2:8 refers to him as “that Wicked” by stating:
And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
Daniel 7:8 calls the Antichrist the little horn:
I was considering the horns, and there was another horn, a little one, coming up among them, before whom three of the first horns were plucked out by the roots. And there, in this horn, were eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking pompous words.
Daniel 7:21-22 continues and says the little horn will make war against the saints until the Ancient of Days comes. We know the little horn is referring to the Antichrist because other passages tell us this is exactly what the Antichrist is going to do.
Revelation 13:7 states,
It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation.
He is also referred to as the beast in Revelation 13:4-5 which says,
So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?”
And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months.
We have already learned that a beast in Bible prophecy always represents a kingdom or a nation, along with the ruler of that kingdom or nation. Sometimes the word beast refers to the world government of the end time and other times it refers to the ruler of that world government. But the name most associated with this end time world government dictator is Antichrist and in our present day this coming ruler is called by the name Antichrist.
In 1 John 2:18 it says, “Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist,” singular, “shall come, even now are there many antichrists,” plural, “whereby we know that it is the last time.”
Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
There are some who claim the word Antichrist is not in the Bible but as we see here, that is not the case. John understood there was an individual ruler, the Antichrist. John also said there are many antichrists — plural. He said this because there were many people in that time who had the spirit of the Antichrist who were claiming to be the Christ. The end time Antichrist will do just that. John said there are many antichrists in the world but there will be a singular ruler, an Antichrist, that will come. Antichrist means against Christ — to be anti is to be against. It also means in the place of Christ.
A very important question is, Where does the Antichrist come from? Where do you think he is from?
An Islamic country?
Europe?
America?
Israel?
China?
Let’s go back to an earlier scripture about him:
I was considering the horns, and there was another horn, a little one, coming up among them, before whom three of the first horns were plucked out by the roots. And there, in this horn, were eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking pompous words.
We know that the Antichrist is going to come up among a 10-horned kingdom (an alliance of 10 countries). So which 10?
There’s another prophecy in the book of Daniel that tells us that at the end, there will be another Holy Roman Empire. Anyone know what the Holy Roman Empire is?
They were a government in Europe, made up of all of these lands and countries, which was tightly intertwined with the Catholic Church (the Vatican).
It was broke apart for many years. But now, it is binding back together. The European Union was the start.
So… if the 10 horns are the New Holy Roman Empire (European Union), well, the ruler of the Holy Roman Empire in the past has come from Europe every time. And it looks like once again he will come from Europe, but this time he will be the Antichrist.
The Antichrist’s Kingdom
The Antichrist’s Kingdom
The Antichrist’s kingdom is shown in Revelation 13.
Revelation 13 is really important, because it’s divided into three very crucial sections:
Verses 1-8 describe the Antichrist and his end time world government.
Verses 11-15 refer to his religious partner, the False Prophet.
Verses 16-18 talks about the one-world economic system they will use to force obedience and compliance to the rules of their government and religious system.
Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name. Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority.
So this beast is the Antichrist and his one world government. It is made up of:
Germany (the leopard)
Russia (the bear)
Great Britain (the lion)
The 10-nation alliance (10 horns) of the Holy Roman Empire
Now, I could take a lot of time to prove why this is what each of these are. But if you look into these countries today, these animals are absolutely ENGRAINED into their identity and culture, just like the eagle is all through our own.
Now… this kingdom of the Antichrist… is going to be ruled for 3.5 years.
He shall speak pompous words against the Most High, Shall persecute the saints of the Most High, And shall intend to change times and law. Then the saints shall be given into his hand For a time and times and half a time.
A time (one year) and times (two years) and the half a time (half a year) equals 3 ½ years. Revelation 13:5 explains it this way:
And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months.
Forty-two months and a time and times and half of a time are the same amount of time which is 3 ½ years.
What We Know About the Antichrist
What We Know About the Antichrist
With so many scriptural characteristics of this individual, we will certainly know his identity when he is revealed. Just from the Book of Daniel, Revelation and 2 Thessalonians, we have 53 specific prophecies about the Antichrist. He is undoubtedly alive today.
The Antichrist will confirm the Abrahamic Covenant (Peace Treaty).
And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
Once this happens, the final seven years begins. His identity will be fully revealed 3.5 years after this date.
Daniel 7:20 says that the Antichrist will look more stout than his fellows. Daniel 8:23 calls the Antichrist a king of fierce countenance.
The Antichrist will also claim to be God.
Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
His claim to be God is the Abomination of Desolation. This will happen halfway through the final seven year period.
He will deceive many through his brilliant intelligence.
I was considering the horns, and there was another horn, a little one, coming up among them, before whom three of the first horns were plucked out by the roots. And there, in this horn, were eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking pompous words.
He will also be a persecutor of God’s true people.
It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation.
But he doesn’t comprehend that Jesus has already won the greatest battle.
His message will be that everything must change. He’ll have massive ego.
Another characteristic of the Antichrist is found within the ominous prophecy of the Mark of the Beast. We will be describing this end time global economic sanctioning system in chapter 9 exclusively devoted to this topic. However, I do want to mention one passage of scripture which will help identify the Antichrist.
The Bible says the number of the name of the Antichrist will be 666.
Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.
It is doubtful that the number 666 will be stamped on people’s hands or foreheads because the Scripture says, “…let him that hath understanding…” and that it is the number of his name:
And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
When the Antichrist comes to power, there will be those who understand these biblical characteristics and will be able to identify him. The Antichrist is coming and will be revealed soon. He is undoubtedly on Earth right now.
The False Prophet
The False Prophet
The Antichrist will not be alone in his efforts to rule the world. Along with the emergence of the Antichrist on the world stage will be his religious partner that will promote him.
The most powerful religious leader on Earth will have two objectives:
Unite the world’s religions under one belief system of tolerance
Use his pious position to influence all adherents to align with and pledge allegiance to the Antichrist’s prophesied end time world government
Revelation 13:11-15 describes the religious partner of this world dictator and he will be called the False Prophet:
And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
The False Prophet is going to be the most famous and most well-liked religious leader on the planet. He will use his religious influence to convince the world that this world government and New World Order is good and that the new world dictator is a gift from God. He will not call him the beast, man of sin, son of perdition or the Antichrist. He will exalt and enhance the Antichrist and influence the world to follow him.
Revelation 13:11 says,
Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon.
This second beast had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. Usually, the word lamb in the Bible refers to something that is good. Jesus Christ is called the Lamb of God. Though the picture of a lamb makes this second beast seem good, the perceived goodness of this beast will be deceiving. Though he will look like a lamb, he will speak like a dragon. Revelation 12:9 says:
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
The dragon is Satan. The False Prophet will look like a lamb but speak like the dragon, Satan. He’s a prophet but he’s a False Prophet.
And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
The False Prophet will be very powerful and his religious influence will put him in a position of great prestige. His goal will be to use his global influence to unite the religions of the world and then cause them to worship or pledge allegiance to the Antichrist and his world governing system.
Conclusion
Conclusion
These evil men will not prevail. There will be two witnesses from God. And the Antichrist and False Prophet will meet a swift end:
Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone.
The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
Read Your Bible!
Read Your Bible!
In conclusion, I want to encourage you to know and understand biblical truths in the times just ahead.
John 8:32 says, “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
People who do not know the truth are in bondage. This will impede one’s ability to fulfill God’s purpose in their lives. John 5:39 states, “Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.”
Know your Bible. The Bible is the only book that can:
Reveal how many gods there are — one
Share the story of that one God’s redemptive plan for humanity
Show you how to be saved
Teach you how to live as a Christian once you are saved, preparing you for eternity
Give you the knowledge and confidence to teach and lead others to Christ
Tell you which church is true and which is false
Provide prophecies written thousands of years ago which are coming to pass right now!
In the end time a working knowledge of the Bible is of utmost importance. Why? It is biblical illiteracy that would allow someone to believe the False Prophet’s deceptive messages and pledge allegiance to the Antichrist and his world governing system.
I want to challenge you to read the Bible more. Make a commitment. There’s not much you’ve got going on that even comes close to how important this is.
Both the Antichrist and the False Prophet are alive today. All the prophecies are converging together. We are too far advanced into prophetic fulfillments for these leaders to not be alive. We are living in unprecedented times — it is time to prepare for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
Babylon/Catholic church
Is America Mystery Babylon in the Book of Revelation?
STOP READING NOW IF YOU DONT REALLY WANT THE TRUTH. IT'S ABOUT TO GET ROUGH!!!
A lot of people are asking:
Is America the Mystery Babylon described in Revelation 17?
We’ve studied this for decades—and when we let the Bible interpret itself, the evidence points somewhere else entirely:
Rome. The Vatican. The city that sits on seven hills.
Let’s walk through the clues straight from Scripture:
---
1. Mystery Babylon is a great city
> “And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.” — Revelation 17:18
This eliminates America from the start. America is a nation. Mystery Babylon is a city—with global religious and political influence.
---
2. She sits on seven mountains (or hills)
> “The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.” — Revelation 17:9
Rome is famously known as the city on seven hills. The Vatican is seated there. This is not a metaphor—it's historical geography.
---
3. She’s clothed in purple and scarlet
> “…arrayed in purple and scarlet color…” — Revelation 17:4
These are official colors of the Roman Catholic clergy:
Purple for bishops
Scarlet (red) for cardinals
No other city in the world is adorned like this religiously and symbolically.
---
4. She’s decked with gold and precious stones
> “…decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand…” — Revelation 17:4
The Vatican is filled with unmatched opulence—gold, ornate jewels, relics, and cups used in ritual Mass services.
---
5. She is drunk with the blood of the saints
> “And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus…” — Revelation 17:6
History reveals that the Roman Catholic Church persecuted and executed millions during the Inquisition, the Crusades, and throughout the Dark Ages—all in the name of religion.
---
6. The woman rides the beast
She holds sway over a political system (the beast).
The Vatican today holds UN observer status, has its own government, ambassadors, and exerts global influence over kings and nations.
---
7. The candlesticks = the church
In Revelation 1:20, Jesus explains:
> “The seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.”
The use of a religious symbol shows that Mystery Babylon is a religious system, not a secular one. This is a fallen church.
---
What about America?
America has never been drunk with the blood of saints. It doesn’t sit on seven hills. It’s not dressed in purple and scarlet.
We believe America is actually symbolized by the eagle’s wings in Daniel 7:4 and Revelation 12:14, where it protects Israel—not persecutes the Church.
---
This is a touchy subject, but we don’t share it with hate—we share it with love and truth.
God is calling His people out of false religion and into a true, personal relationship with Jesus.
> “Come out of her, my people…” — Revelation 18:4
