Job 12:1-5… The rest of the chapter details God’s power and His rule over the affairs of men.
Job 13:1-15… His friends are speaking deceitfully on God’s behalf. Job is going to trust in God, even if God kills him.
Job 14:13-17… Job longs to be renewed and his sins to be done away with,
Job 16:1-5, 7-17… You are miserable comforters. God hates him, although his prayer is pure.
Job 16:19 “Even now, behold, my witness is in heaven, and he who testifies for me is on high.”
Job 19:1-6… How long are you going to torment me with your words? Even if I have sinned, it is between me and God.
Job 19:7-22… Job recounts how far he has fallen since the Lord has seemingly turned against him.
Job 19:23-27… I know that my Redeemer lives.
Job 21… Job feels that his friends have been mocking him and their answers are wrong. The wicked often prosper and the righteous often suffer.
