In 1 Kings 19, Elijah ran after one threat from Jezebel even after experiencing one of the greatest miracles in Scripture. Fear caused him to lose sight of God’s power.
Twice God asked Elijah:
“What are you doing here?”
God was not looking for information.
He was confronting Elijah’s retreat.
How many believers today are hiding in spiritual caves of fear, discouragement, compromise, or exhaustion?
