What are good works here referring to? It seems that only Christians can produce these “good works” because only Christians glorify the Father in heaven.
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

All Christians are to be witnesses of Christ. That is, we evangelize the world for Christ. Do you know you are called to be part of God’s plan for redeeming the world?
As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
All Christians are called to serve one another. God gives to every believer grace and gifts to serve others.

Discipleship is the lifelong process of following Jesus in order to become like him. If this is so, we can’t just pursue the character of Jesus, we also have to take up the mission of Jesus and serve others.
He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.
says that if you claim to be a Christian, you must live as Jesus lived. This doesn’t mean we can be perfect like Him but it does mean that we are willing to live like Him. And God will give us the grace to do so when we know His Word and then obey it.
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
