Deep Depravity
Divine Regret
This is not repentance of sin, or a change of mind like God didn’t know what He would do.

Here we are reminded that God is just in the way He deals with humanity.
We are created by Him, and we belong to Him.
Divine Favor
This is the first occurence of the word GRACE in the Bible.
It is rooted in the idea of bending or stooping and shows that God condescends or reaches down to show unmerited favor.
Superior to inferior.
Jesus coming to earth is grace.
The Holy Spirit dealing with hearts and living within sinners is grace.
God stoops down and scoops us up.
No doubt the world in Noah’s Day was BAD.
It often seems that way here and now.
The good news is God wants to show grace through Jesus to all those who would respond to Him by Faith.
