We often complain that folks Do without thinking.

It is good to have a purpose, goal, dream.

But, is it better to do without thinking or to think without doing?

Most of us think without doing.

We have the idea, the plan, but Dololo.

We Forget

All is possible with God.

Matthew 19:23–26 NKJV

23 Then Jesus said to His disciples, “Assuredly, I say to you that it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. 24 And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” 25 When His disciples heard it, they were greatly astonished, saying, “Who then can be saved?” 26 But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

All is possible WITH God - Add God

We must push it as far as we can take it, and then God can do the rest. You do the work, and God can step in.

Proverbs 22:29 NKJV

29 Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before unknown men.

Proverbs 6:10–11 NKJV

10 A little sleep, a little slumber, A little folding of the hands to sleep— 11 So shall your poverty come on you like a prowler, And your need like an armed man.

Scripture on Effort and Blessing

Noah did his Best and God did the Rest.

Abraham with Isaac did his Best and God did the Rest.

Peter, on the water, did his Best and God did the Rest.

For God to fill your cup, you need to hold it out high.

Can’t fill it in the cupboard or on the floor.

The bigger the cup, the heavier it might be.

Some of us are greedy, cup too big, want it filled. What will happen. SPILL and break.

Some too small, can only fill it small. Might not be enough for you.

But you put our your Best, did his Best and God did the Rest.

And as you get bigger, and blessed, you get stronger to carry bigger and bigger cups. But you must put them out there.

Cain and Abel.

Genesis 4:3–7 NKJV

3 And in the process of time it came to pass that Cain brought an offering of the fruit of the ground to the Lord. 4 Abel also brought of the firstborn of his flock and of their fat. And the Lord respected Abel and his offering, 5 but He did not respect Cain and his offering. And Cain was very angry, and his countenance fell. 6 So the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen? 7 If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it.”

Abel brought his best, and it was accepted by God. But Cain brought substandard and GOd warned him that sin lies at his door wanting to rule over Him. He did not bring his best, God did not do the rest and he became frustrated and murderous.

When thinking of your purpose, don’t dream small. Dream Big, if you do your best, God will do the rest.

My Wage.

I bargained with Life for a penny, And Life would pay no more, However I begged at evening When I counted my scanty store; For Life is a just employer, He gives you what you ask, But once you have set the wages, Why, you must bear the task. I worked for a menial's hire, Only to learn, dismayed, That any wage I had asked of Life, Life would have paid.

Dream Big and Do your Best. God will do the rest.
