1. Core Retreat Purpose (Anchor This First)

Retreat Aim (clear + pastoral): To help people discover, affirm, and begin using their God-given spiritual gifts in ways that serve the church and bless others — in alignment with what God is already saying to Cornerstone through the May preaching series.

This retreat is not:

A personality workshop

A “find your label” exercise

A pressure-filled ministry signup event

There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work. Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.
