What Is a Revival Meeting?
Prophetic Declarations Over Canada
“Let this be the worst seven months the devil’s ever had in this nation… Let the people of Toronto be blessed. Let Canada be blessed.” I declare a reversal of every evil thing and invokes God’s intervention in the nation.
2. What Is a Revival Meeting?
Scripture: Acts 19:1–2
Paul finds “several believers” in Ephesus and asks: “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?”
Key Point: Being saved and being filled with the Holy Spirit are distinct experiences.
Doctrinal Emphasis:
Some teach there is no second experience, but Paul’s question proves otherwise.
Jesus Himself taught about the coming of the Holy Spirit.
3. Jesus’ Teaching on the Holy Spirit
Scriptures Referenced:
Acts 1:4–5 — “You shall receive power after the Holy Ghost comes upon you.”
John the Baptist’s prophecy — “He will baptize you with the Holy Ghost and fire.”
Key Point:
Jesus didn’t just preach salvation — He preached the Holy Spirit.
4. Pentecost: The Model for Revival (Acts 2)
Scripture: Acts 2:1–4
The preacher quotes: “Suddenly there was a sound from heaven like a mighty rushing wind… Everyone present was filled with the Holy Ghost.”
Key Points:
The Holy Spirit came with noise, fire, and tongues.
Tongues are not emotional babbling but a supernatural language.
Tongues redirect the tongue — the most uncontrollable part of the body (James 3).
Purpose of Tongues:
Build yourself up in faith.
Speak mysteries to God (1 Corinthians 14).
5. Revival Is Noisy — Praise Is Loud
The preacher emphasizes: “When religion creeps into a church, one of the first things you lose is the noise.”
Scriptural Basis:
“Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.” (Psalm 150)
Key Point:
Praise is vocal, physical, and expressive — not silent.
6. Testimony: Healing From “Suicide Disease”
A woman named Cheryl shares her healing from an incurable nerve disease: “I was completely pain‑free… completely healed.”
Key Lessons From Testimony:
Witchcraft, crystals, and New Age practices failed.
The Word and the Holy Spirit renewed her mind.
She was delivered from medication dependency.
Her healing was medically verified.
7. Miracles Are for Today
The preacher states: “Jesus tangibly changes lives… It’s not a pat on the back.”
Key Point:
The same power that transformed the early church is available now.
8. Canada Needs Revival
The preacher declares: “It’s time for Canada to have a revival… God has a different plan.”
Concerns Mentioned:
Attacks on families
Suicide
Decline in church attendance (from 45% to 8%)
Cause Identified:
Bible colleges undermining faith in Scripture.
9. The Danger of Powerless Religion
Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:5 “They will act religious but reject the power.”
Key Point:
Modern churches often keep the form but reject the power.
10. Biblical Precedent for Manifestations
Scriptures:
Acts 9 — Saul falls under the power of God.
2 Chronicles 5 — Priests unable to stand because of God’s glory.
Acts 5 — Ananias and Sapphira fall dead under judgment.
Key Point:
Falling, shaking, tongues, and supernatural manifestations are biblical.
11. Revival Produces Boldness
Scripture: Acts 2:14
Peter, once fearful, now boldly preaches to thousands. “The power of the Holy Ghost turns you into another man.”
12. Testimonies of Miracles
Multiple medically verified healings are shared:
Examples:
Cancer healed
Bone marrow disease reversed
Multiple people receiving clear scans
Prisoners filled with the Holy Spirit reading Ephesians 1–6
Key Point:
Miracles validate the gospel and draw unbelievers.
13. The River of the Holy Spirit
The preacher repeatedly declares: “Let the river flow.”
Scriptural Basis:
John 7:38 — “Rivers of living water will flow from within.”
Key Point:
The Holy Spirit is not an external experience but an internal river.
14. Believers Are Seated With Christ
Scripture: Ephesians 1–2
The preacher reads extensively: “He raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with Him…”
Key Points:
Believers are not victims — they are God’s masterpiece.
They carry resurrection power.
They are not under judgment but under grace.
15. Call to Salvation
The preacher invites people to repent: “I want to make this Sunday night the night I got things right with God.”
A full salvation prayer is given.
16. Impartation & Laying on of Hands
The preacher announces: “Tonight is your night to be forever marked by the Holy Ghost.”
He prays for:
Healing
Deliverance
Family restoration
Fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit
17. Closing Worship & Ministry
The service ends with:
Worship
Prayer lines
Impartation
Strong emphasis on Pentecost power for Toronto
