The Good News changes everything, Creation will always point to Creator, Knowledge of God is not enough, Your life will follow what you worship

Paul was not ashamed of the thing, that can save humanity

The Good News is only Good News when you recognize the bad news, there is not Good News without bad news.

the Gospel does not just inspire people it resurrects people

God is still at work in powerful ways, and He still wants to work in mighty ways and wants to not just work in humanity as a whole but in your life personally

It will only save those who believe, there are people who God loves that will spend eternity separate from Him.

There is a way that is right in everyone’s sight but ultimately leads to destruction

BUT HIS WAY IS THE ONLY WAY THAT SAVES

Faith has to be transformative, it can’t be something you just claim

the people of God don’t live by self-justification, earning acceptance religious achievement but trusting in the finished work of Christ

you have to have the faith to believe that he is better than anything this world has to offer you

the truth is never unknown it is suppressed

ungodliness is the failure to honor God

unrighteousness is the moral disorder that flows from rejecting God

Sin is active truth-resistance

The human heart takes what is plain about God and pushes it down because acknowledging God would require worship, gratitude, and surrender. IT WOULD REQUIRE A RESPONSE OUT OF YOU, IF YOU TRULY ALLOWED THE CHARACTER OF GOD TO MAKE HIMSELF REAL TO YOU!

God has made Himself known through creation, conscience, providence, and the moral order of the universe.

Creation does not show us the cross, but it shows us that their is a glorious God who is worthy of praise

So humanity is not condemned for rejecting a God they could never know. They are condemned because they refuse the God who has made Himself known.

the invisible God makes Himself visible through what He has made

God is the eternal source behind creation

If God is the Creator that means that we are not self owned

Knowledge of God, without a response to the knowledge that you know is dangerous

ingratitude is not just a sin it’s rebellion

It’s as if to say the gifts that you have been given, came from you.

Sin corrupts behavior and perception

the more you sin, the more your perception changes on the sin and your need of God

The creature declares independence from the Creator and calls it wisdom

A fool is someone who lives against reality

Sin is not merely rejection it’s replacement

All of humanity worships something

So the root problem of humanity is not atheism; it is false worship.

humanity may exchange God, but God doesn’t lose glory

Worship and service go together

whatever becomes ultimate to you will eventually command you
