Burden. -walang sense of Hope, sa iba hahanapin. Maraming gamot sa botika para sa sakit ng katawan, pero walang gamot na mabibili para sa kapayapaan ng puso. Ang tunay na kapayapaan ay kaloob ng Diyos.

2. Trust in Divine Direction

Proverbs 3:5-8
You could discuss the importance of trusting God's plan over personal insight, drawing parallels to Christ's submission to His Father's will. This surrender enables divine health and nourishment for the spirit and body, offering peace and direction despite life's uncertainties.

3. Honor and Humility in Christ
