In our passage last week, Solomon urged us to hear his instruction. He opened his heart and his voice to us, calling us to pay attention to what he has to say. In this passage he takes a different approach. He portrays wisdom as a lady, to be desired and to be listened to. That’s really the main point of this passage. Lady Wisdom is speaking to us, and we must listen.
