2 And again he entered into Capernaum, after some days; and it was noised that he was in the house. 2 And straightway many were gathered together, insomuch that there was no room to receive them, no, not so much as about the door: and he preached the word unto them. 3 And they come unto him, bringing one sick of the palsy, which was borne of four. 4 And when they could not come nigh unto him for the press, they uncovered the roof where he was: and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the sick of the palsy lay. 5 When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.

The faith concept seems unacheivable sometimes because we live in a world where it is hard to rust people. Wives don’t trust husbands, Children don’t trust parents, parents don’t trust teachers. The condition of our World has made it very hard to trust anything or anyone. This leads us to a downward mindset that says that the only person that I can trust is God. How ever that has thrown us away form our assignment.

Question is when will people ever trust God, when the people that are supposed to represent and exemplify him cant be trusted.
I would like to ask a question, Since we are made in his image and his likeness, and since we have Faith in him; then we should be in a place as we represent him that somebody should be able to have Faith in us. Of course not the same faith is in Jesus; but Faith in those that follow Jesus. I am not talking about the World, we as christians can not continue to proclaim Jesus and not be able to be trusted.
Text shows us a sick man who could had to trust his friends, and his friends trusted God. Just as it is important for us to have faith as a Christian, it is just as important for us to be faithful.
How does this sound, Ive got Faith but Im not Faithful.
Our prayer should be Lord help me to Trust you and Help me to be Trusted
