What is broken or disordered?

What fear, sin, or false belief is exposed?

What pressure is the text addressing?

Goal: Reveal the pressure system driving the text.

IV. THE SUN — Gospel Resolution

Where does Christ enter this ecosystem?

What does Christ do that resolves the tension?

How does the gospel reorder the relationships?

What is the theological center of gravity?

Goal: Identify the energy source that transforms the ecosystem.

V. THE NEW ECOLOGY — Transformation for the Hearer

How does the gospel reshape the hearer’s world?

What relationships change?

What desires reorder?

What pursuits shift?

Goal: Show how the gospel creates a new environment for the believer.

CONCLUSION — Naming the Ecosystem’s Transformation

Summarize how the ecosystem looked before the gospel.

Summarize how it looks after the gospel.

Give the congregation a clear sense of the new ecology they now inhabit.
