JOY IN THE BOOK OF ACTS
Wherever the gospel message went, it brought joy to those who believed. Follow this theme through the book of Acts (verses are quoted from NIV):
2:46
“Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts.”

“The apostles left the Sanhedrin, rejoicing because they had been counted worthy of suffering disgrace for the Name.”

“So there was great joy in that city [Philip in Samaria].”
