Focus #1 - Confidence in Christ

Thank the Lord in prayer for the assurance we have in our salvation and the confidence we have toward Him because of his Son (1 John 5.13)

Pray for a renewed focus on the will of God in our lives (1 Thess 4.3, 5.16-21), that the will of God might be the ultimate aim of our prayer.

Pray for the lost in our community and the lost/unreached among the nations. Pray for their eyes to be opened (Luke 2.29-32) and their hearts to be renewed (Ezekiel 11.14-20) through gospel proclamation so they too might be saved united with us in Christ and have great confidence in His name.

Focus #2 - Love for One Another

Thank the Lord for your brothers and sisters in Christ at COTV. Pray for their spiritual growth in the truth and the increase of their love for the church (1 John 3.11, 4.7).

Pray for opportunities to love one another at COTV through continued discipling relationships. The love of Christ is perfected in us as we help one another follow Jesus better (1 John 4:12, 4.21).

Pray for the world to see the love of Christ in us (John 13.34-35) and for their lives to be transformed by the love of Christ displayed at the cross (Isaiah 53.4-6).

Focus #3 - Love for the Mission

Thank the Lord today for the blessing of His church, and pray for a renewed love for the mission we have been given in Christ (Matthew 28.18-20, 2 Corinthians 5.18-20).

Pray for COTV and the global church to not forget its mission. Pray for the Lord to continue raising up pastors and leaders to be sent out among the harvest (Matthew 9.36-38).
