Do Not Worry

Good morning, everyone.

What is pray for Rob?

Father. We thank you for all the many blessings that you give us each and every day. Father, we know you, listen. To our prayers.

All of this morning. Beaver throb. Give him strength. Give him comfort. Be with the doctors who are treating his blood pressure issues.

Help them resolve this.

Father, we just thank you for all that you do in our lives. It's in your son's name. I pray, amen.

A couple things I want to start out with.

Well, I've had a day and a half.

So everyone get real comfortable will will take a bathroom break after the first hour. So,

But I thought about how Jesus loves me.

We can learn a lot. About how Jesus loves us. By what he said.

John 13.

A new command. I give you. Love one, another. as I have loved you, you must love one another

So, I want to say this to all of you. Cuz I don't get the chance very often. I love you all. I think sometimes. We don't play that enough.

Matthew 6.

Can anyone of You by worrying, add a single hour to your life? And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Did I tell you that? Not even Solomon in all his Splendor was dressed like one of these. Tell us how God clothes the grass of the field which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire. Will he not much more clothe? You You of little faith.

So do not worry saying, what shall we eat? Or what shall we drink, or what shall we wear? For the pagans run after all of these things. And your heavenly father knows that you need them. But seek first, his kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow. For tomorrow, will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Matthew 7.

Ask and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives. The one who seeks finds and to the one who knocks the door will be opened. which of you if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone Or the ask for a fish, will give him a snake. If you then though, you are evil. Know how to give good gifts to your children. How much more will your father in heaven? Give good gifts to those who ask him. so, when everything Do to others what you would have them do to you. For this sums up the law and the prophets.

These two passages.

Jesus shows his love my teaching us. About the father.

John 17.

I have revealed you to Those whom you gave me out of the world. They were yours, you gave them to me and they have obeyed your word.

Now, they know that everything you have given me comes from you. Or I gave them the words you gave me and they accepted them. They knew with certainty that I came from you and they believed that you sent me.

I pray for them. I am not praying for the world. But for those, you have given me. For they are yours.

My prayer is not for them alone.

I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message.

That's all of them. Maybe one bothering. Just as you are in me and I am in you. Why they also being us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me. But they may be one as We Are One.

These passages. Jesus is showing his love for us. But praying for us.

he praised this Knowing what was coming?

Luke 22.

And he took bread. Okay, thanks and broke it. And gave it to them saying, this is my body given for you. Do this in remembrance of me. In the same way, after the supper, he took the cup saying this cup is the New Covenant in my blood. Which is poured out for you.

Knowing what was coming?

Jesus made a heartfelt request of all of us.

Because he loves us.

Do this in remembrance of me.

The Romans took him. They scourged him, they insulted him. They stuck a crown of thorns in his head. And they nailed him to the cross.

Some may point out. Well, it was a Romans, it did this.

Others May point out where the Jews talk the Romans into doing this. I don't deny this.

But let me say this brothers and sister.

It was my sin that Scourge Jesus.

It was my sin that insulted Jesus.

It was my sin. But place the crown of thorns on his head.

And it was my sin that nailed him to the cross.

He paid the debt for everyone.

Even from the cross. Innisai hageney. In pain. Jesus showed his love.

Luke 23.

Father. Forgive them. For they do not know what they are doing.

After Jesus died.

God raised him from the dead.

Even after everything he had been through. His love for us continues.

Matthew 28.

then Jesus came to them and said, All authority in heaven and on Earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all Nations.

Baptizing them in the name of the father and of the son and of the Holy Spirit. Teaching them to obey, everything. I have commanded you And surely I am with you always. To the very end of the age.

A new command. I give you.

Love one, another. as I have loved you, you must love one another

What is prey?

Father in heaven.

We praise your name. We thank you for your love you show us.

Father, we thank you for sending your son to teach us. Sacrificing himself for us.

Father, forgive us when we fall short.

And help us to forgive others.

Father, help us to love one another as her son loves us.

It's in your son's. Glorious name. I pray. Hey man.
