I want to thank you

for taking  the time

to meet with me

this afternoon

for this steering committee meeting

today.

The Bible says

 that

We are…

Titus 2:13–14 “Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.”

and

with that said…

We have a little less

Then four months

To finish planning

For the bridge of hope

And

One of the most

Pressing needs right now

I. Recruitment

Is

for

the recruitment

Of workers

Now

As I see it

There are at least

Nine areas

That we need to focus on

And they are

Counseling

2- Registration

3- Activities

4- Security

5- Music

6- Hospitality (Food)

7- Logistics

8- Housekeeping

9- Messaging

Currently

We have people

From our church

Who have signed up

To provide help

In every area

That I just mentioned

But

That being said

We need your help too.

Can you please

Create

Some sort of sign up system

For your church family

And

Can you…

Make a plea

In every service

Asking your people

To sign up

For some of these areas?

Currently

At Albemarle…

We have

A number of people

Signed up

For counseling

For registration

We

At ABC

Have a few people signed up

For activities

We

Have a couple people

Signed up

For security

And logistics

And messaging

But

That being said

We need your help as well.

Can you ask your people

To help us?

A packet

To 200 churches

A few weeks ago

Containing 10 brochures.

But In the packet…

I asked them

The pastors…

To both

Bring their young people

As well as

To enlist

Helpers

For these areas.

But we really do

Need help

In enlisting helpers.

Our church

Has begun to make calls

To these pastors

But I wonder

If you would be of any help to

A second area

We need

to talk about today

And that is

Our premeeting.

It was originally scheduled

For September 24

7 PM

But

We have rescheduled it

For Tuesday

September 22.

Brother Foxx

Will be our speaker

And we will focus

On praying

For the meeting

And hopefully

Having a choir rehearsal.

As well as

Endeavoring

To enlist workers

To help

For the bridge of hope.

But

Can you attend

And bring your people with you?

One night revival - October 9

Had planned

And a one night revival

For October 9

But

We are changing the emphasis

To a one night prayer meeting

Can we do that at Bethel?

A meal

For the steering committee

As well as our guest speaker

At a local restaurant

Yard signs

Have a few yard signs

Leftover

To be able to hand out

and position

Throughout the area
