Open in Prayer: Heavenly Father, creator and Lord over all,

We come to you with humble hearts, knowing that we owe you everything that we have, we give you all the thanks and praise. We pray for your Holy Spirit to fill us and to strengthen us so that we may pour out ourselves to each other as you have done for us. Lord let us be an inextinguishable light that shines bright in this dark world. We pray these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, Amen

Jeremiah 29:13 “When you search for me, you will find me; if you seek me with all your heart,”

Hebrews 11:6 “And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would approach God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.”

Do you feel a hunger for God & His Word? We must have a hunger for God, How God works through covenants, God shows us who He is, His true character, we find this in His Word: the Holy Bible & Jesus Christ. Complexities & accuracies of scripture. What does this all mean? Creator of all the massive universe cares for each and everyone of us, seek personal relationship with that creation from clay, shaping us as a potter. Jesus tells us that we all have a Father in Heaven, there is no more personal relationship to a person then their father. especially in their culture, you lived in your fathers house, even after marriage, they prepared a place in their father’s house, and depending on who your father was and what he owned, kinda set your situation in life… So, when Jesus tells us that we have a heavenly Father who loves us and cares for us unconditional, this must bring joy into our hearts and it is up to us to move closer to God, “knock at the door” and it will be opened for everyone, Amen.

The Holy Bible shows how God reveals himself progressively and selectively to believers—not exhaustively to all, but increasingly to those who pursue him with genuine faith and spiritual receptivity.

The Selective Nature of Revelation

God remains hidden from human knowledge except through revelation to those able to receive it. Even Jesus taught us that divine truth is hidden from the intellectually proud but revealed to the humble, and that no one truly knows the Father except through the Son, who reveals him to those he chooses. Church, this isn’t arbitrary—those who refuse to accept Jesus Christ cannot understand spiritual things.

Revelation Depends on Relationship

God reveals himself to his family and friends; if you treat God merely as an object of study, he will remain beyond your grasp, but if you honor him as Father and love spending time with him, your study will be rewarded because God loves sharing things with his children. God makes his covenant known to those who fear him. (Ps 25:14) When you call to God, he answers and tells you great and hidden things you have not known.

(Jeremiah 33:3 “Call to me, and I will answer you and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known.”

What Remains Hidden

But we must understand that the secret things belong to the Lord your God, but the revealed things belong to you and your children forever. (Deut 29:29) Some things remain secret. That life people, but we must be ok with that and just have faith, God always is looking out for us. So if God tells us that we can’t understand everything, I believe that out little brains can not understand the great mysteries of God. However there is also great news for true believers, when the Spirit of truth comes, he guides you into all truth and declares things to come.

(John 16:13 “When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own but will speak whatever he hears, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.”

Progressive Unfolding

The mystery hidden throughout ages has now been revealed to believers—Christ in you, the hope of glory. (Col 1:26–27) God doesn’t withhold knowledge from those genuinely seeking him; rather, he reveals himself according to your capacity to receive and your willingness to follow.

Our approach to God rests on three foundational elements: bold confidence through Christ, spiritual purity, and wholehearted seeking.

Access Through Christ’s Mediation

Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life—no one comes to the Father except through him. (John 14:6) Since we have confidence to enter the sanctuary by the blood of Jesus through the new and living way that he opened for us through his flesh, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, we should approach with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. (Heb 10:19–22) Through faith in Christ, we have access in boldness and confidence. (Eph 3:12)

Boldness Coupled with Purity

We should approach the throne of grace with boldness so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. (Heb 4:16) Yet boldness doesn’t mean irreverence. Drawing near to God requires cleansing your hands and purifying your hearts. (James 4:8) Those who ascend the hill of the Lord have clean hands and pure hearts, who do not lift up their souls to what is false and do not swear deceitfully. (Ps 24:3–4)

Wholehearted Seeking and Authentic Worship

When you search for God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart. (Jer 29:13) Without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever would approach God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him. (Heb 11:6) Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise. (Ps 100:4) Critically, God seeks those who worship “in spirit and truth,” because God is spirit and God is truth.1 Prayer should be offered in the name of Christ, meaning one should offer prayer in accord with the character of Christ and in that spirit of dependence and submission to the will of God that characterized him.2
