Reasons to Rejoice

The Lord’s Supper reminds us of our union with Christ.

1 Corinthians 10:16 “The cup of blessing that we bless, is it not a participation in the blood of Christ? The bread that we break, is it not a participation in the body of Christ?” (Galatians 2:20)

The Lord’s Supper is a time to worship the Lord.

Hebrews 12:28–29 “Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe, for our God is a consuming fire.”
