7 Visions 06 - 5 LORD Over Great Enemies

Let's dig in today. So today we're going to focus on Revelation, chapter 12 through 15. This is the fifth Vision as I've laid it out, one through seven and in this field vision. And again, I'm assuming that you have read chapters 12 through 15 and if you're like most folks and if you haven't really studied it dug into it. Deep it all. Then it it's really kind of difficult and challenging to take in and appreciate. So we're going to walk through it. To kind of get us a ramping up. Its I want to go back to this is what have we learned about a revelation? And it's more from a perspective, point of view that I want to emphasize on. So when we looked at Lord over the cosmos, what what changed your perspective once we studied Lord, over the cosmos and you saw Jesus and you saw the, the Galaxy in You saw the stars and you saw all the Heavenly realm that is in Revelation Chapter 1. What what did you pick up from that chapter?

God wanted to know about it and so that he brought John do that to show him because there wasn't words that John could understand but seeing it.

So he brought John and said, I have a message, I have a vision and I want you to tell about it and write it and leave it for us. Awesome. Number two, we looked at he is Lord over his church. There are how many churches and collectively they all shared the same letter and what not. But when we look at from a from a from a perspective bigger picture, what do we, what do we kind of learn from that?

I have a medicine to work so bad by worm as to weren't so bad. So I like how every section starts with a What they're doing good. And then nevertheless it is so he gives of a commendation is that what you're doing, right? And then he comes in with a correction is just what you need to change K4 to him to see. It doesn't really get much. Praise at the beginning by Odyssey, it was lacking, that's true, but he dwells amongst us right here. Amongst us. That's the message he is with us and is he is with us and we are in the church age. That should Empower us and embolden us as Christians because he is leading the church. And we should have a desire to serve him more and keep our focus on him more on everything that we do and everything that we do. If it's not honoring the him specifically, maybe we need to reconsider what the weather. We need to do it or not. So number three is Lord of the heavens and this is chapter 4 & 5. We looked at the great throne room in and all that was going on in the throne room. In chapter 4 to 5. What is what? You learn from that?

There are three heavens and God lives in the Third heaven.

Recreating the mobile create a mall. What did what is the Center focus of the heavens Christ? Is there is a what there is a throne and is it empty or occupied occupied. So he is on the throne, is that today or tomorrow? It's no, that is right now. So the encouragement for me is he is on the throne. He's got a plan, he's in control, he knows everything. He's got it under control, do I need to worry about it all? Nope, he's got it off. That's the message and he is, Lord, over the heavens, there's nobody nothing that stops him from that. Then we talked about last week, Lord over history future, and as we look through that the seals and then the trumpets and we looked at a few other things. I want to go back and recapture just a few things. In case you missed it first office, the Rapture of the church and we looked at 3 but we didn't look at the three different passages. We look specifically at 1st Thessalonians 4. And that is where Jake is hanging his hat along with other Scholars. That this is where you're going to see the church raptured from the earth. So 1st Thessalonians 4:13 through 17 is that passage of scripture that I believe tells us about the Rapture of the church. You will not find the word rapture in scripture. It's not fair. But it is that Concept in and we looked at a few of those things last week and I'm going to share a few more this week 7. We looked at the Jewish Believers that come to faith during the tribulation and remember the 144,000 the other 12 tribes are $12,000 each. They are literal Israel. I to serve as evangelist Ayers, preaching the gospel sharing the word, during the tribulation. So, the Rapture has occurred that the 144,000 come in and then once there during that tribulation. The great multitude that is referenced is all of the tribulation Saints. Not those that were saved at the at the Rapture. It's those that were saved after the Rapture. By the way, the persecution that will occur after the Rapture. Once you make your profession of faith will be brutal, okay? Just like it is in other foreign countries, if you let it be known that you are a Christian, a follower of Christ, they will, they will kill you and they won't do it. Kindly either. Israel, then Becomes of the light in a dark world and that fulfills Old Testament. Scripture that Israel becomes a lot of the world because The Church of us we have been raptured out and therefore Israel the 144,000 which is the 12 tribes of Israel. They are then used to preach the gospel, preached salvation, to the world and therefore the Jewish Nation fulfill scripture. Once again, as they are the book in, they are part of the beginning and they bring us Christ and they are part of the ending because they share the gospel message. And so the church then literally is in the middle to Witnesses pretty quick. Last week, going to recapture a couple of things, most prominent view of the two witnesses, identified them as Elijah, and Moses hear some scripture passages for that again there, we don't have dogmatic evidence, we don't have, like, I can't say, yes, these are the two, nobody can, it's not in scripture, I just so, you know, and and so this is conjecture if you will based on this evidence Briefly about Enoch and it was really brief but I wanted to capture the picture. Remember, I've been sharing with you all along that the Old Testament gives us the pictures of things yet to come. And if you look at Enoch Enoch, when was he here before, or after the flood?

Before the Flood, he knock was here before the flood and he knocked as he was translated into heaven. It represents the Rapture of the church because it was taken. So if he was before the flood, did he have to go through the flood know? And so the flood was a judgmental. Was it? Not a judgmental event was it? Not yes. So Enoch then gives us that picture of right before judgement hit the church, we the church will be taken out before judgment. That is coming 7 years before that hit. So he not gives us that picture that we will be taken before the tribulation judgments actually gets underway. Elijah is another witness and Elijah's interesting because he was taking up in a In a cloud, right? And so, how is Jesus? Coming back in class and it's loud. The Elijah is the messenger. Who's going to come back and share, he's going to preach the gospel. He's going to preach the, he's going to preach Christ night and his decision is portrayed as a 4Runner price. Cuz what did Christ do? He ascended into the cloud. And when he comes back for us, he's going to come back in the cloud. And then, he will come back a second time to complete his work, right? When everything set up, he, he will, that's when you'll come back on that time. Elijah will come back and he will be one of the two. It is theorized, he will be one of the two witnesses because of that exact picture of the next pieces, both of Moses. Ana Lodge up here together during the Transfiguration, Moses represents those who died in our resurrected because Moses died here on this Earth and he will be resurrected. Just like we will be. So if we die before the Rapture comes, then we will be resurrected taken in. And that is the picture of Moses. Moses also was used to turn water into blood and he struck the Earth with plague. So those are two things because that's also the things that the witnesses do in the end-time. Elijah represents the Ascension and the return of Christ. And he called down fire from heaven and shut off the rain. The rain is also that judgmental peas and then fire is what's going to cleanse the earth once we get toward Revelation 22:21, right? So that's where all of that kind of comes in and that's the background for some of it, so that gives us the lead-in to where we're going with today. Today there's a few things that you have to capture to understand it. These chapters, they offered an interlude. So if you get getting Revelation 1 through 11, it's kind of like a timeline. If you will chapter 12. And says, let me tell you a little bit about what's going on. So this is like that parenthetical view that happens. If you do a movie, if you watch a movie, you'll see that they'll have the like the action scene or the timeline. And then they'll do some character development in a parenthetical View. And once you figure out kind of some of the backstory of this happened 3 weeks ago, this happened, you know, two years ago, whatever that timeline is, and then they'll come back to current date and move forward. That's what 12 through 15 is doing. So it gives you a pause and you see a change in the narration. So I John saw and that is the first part of Rev. Malaysian but here you don't have that narration that's coming across and so you picked you can see that it is a call to understanding symbols. These four chapters are very symbolic and you have to understand the symbols to understand what it's doing and I want to share with you a few real important thing. Then it also gives and the, the pot is you have sand that has entered the world and God must judge the sin. This is how he's going to do it. And this is the end result. This is the End Game. And is Rhonda said, last week, I've read the end of the story and we, when I read the end of the story, and I know that Christ ultimately takes control back and wipes out, all send. We also find out who the cast members are and the cast members are at play even today. They are here. So who do you? I think the woman is,

What about for Israel? Israel, that goes with Israel.

If I else. Who's the male Child, Jesus? Jesus, you can't mix the two symbols up and you have to understand who they are to unlock this chapter's if you don't have to ask, how you see those two, symbols of the woman with child, it described, everything else. So this section of Revelation, 12 is divided into three major sections section one. It is in the first 6 verses and describes, the cosmic conflict between the woman and the dragon. So, the woman in the dragon, they're having a cosmic conflict that is going on or that will go on. I'm not sure, which but it is that is happening or will happen at some point. The opening section present, a glorified woman and it is commonly interpreted as Israel's. So you are correct. I agree that it is Israel and it is confronted by the day. Which represent Satan and that conflict centers on the male child, which is Jesus in. You can see that Satan is opposed to the woman because if he can kill the woman before, Jesus is born, then he could win, right? So what did Jesus do? I wasn't there. A fella who was looking for all of those first born in that who was it was Herod. Being used by Satan in that day. Hell yeah. And it's always think about that. I mean, so in Timeline world could it work that this is in the past but it also works at this is also in future events yet to come. I don't have a Clear Vision on that and we're not going to go there, but that is possible right now. And so, tell me about Nero.

Remember Nero. I mean you'll have it made and I mean, unless you're like really ancient a bloody router, I knew it was horrific. Could he be used by Satan to accomplish Satan's goals? Yeah. What about Hitler? Hitler is our day of Euro. Okay. So Hitler's our day of New Roads and there's other folks like that. So there's there's a whole lot to this time line here that we could see is unfolding, but let's not digress. So it all centered around the male child and and what we have going on after giving birth the woman, please Into the Wilderness for self-preservation. And so, the woman who is, what is Israel? So if you have a 12000 x, 12 tribes at total 144,000, which we said was Israel, if they offer. That's what's going on. And that's where you have to. Also understand that the 144,000 are the declared. Let's just say that, I don't want a prophet preachers cave, spare the preachers. The Messengers are probably about to work. They are the messengers of the Gospel, message those that then come to know Christ. Those that are of the Jewish nation that come to know Christ would become sane. That you're the one that would flee to the Wilderness because God's going to protect his people. They just aren't part of the 144,000 Messengers at that time. But here's the key Senate right here. Read this with me, evils Dominion operates under Divine, constrain, rather than unlimited power, which means that I shared this with you last week, God's hand is here he is, holding back the evil forces. He is holding them back when you choose to step out from Underneath his hand because of, I'm just going to do things my way or whatever you're going to step away from that covering then you will see some of that full force. And we can talk about church judgment, not your God church discipline from 2nd Corinthians in another way, but that's what's happening here. But when God removes his hand, as you go through the Seven Seals, seem to remove handles evil forces. Come, so what's really happening is the is God, Almighty is restraining the evil and it's not that Satan has unlimited power. It is he is being restrained by the one who has the ultimate power, the Warfare in heaven between Michael and Satan goes on in the next section. And as you see the Warfare continue through that, there's a conflict that continues to work, by the way. Who are demons? Angels, their fallen angels, okay? Demons are Fallen Angels cuz you remember when Satan was removed from Heaven's Throne Room, Heavens realm, he took Third of the Angelic host with him. So there are a hundred hundred Angels K100 angels. He took a part of them 33 so we took 33 angels with him. There still Angels but they are considered demons Fallen Angels at that point. That's why you need to see that. And there is that force that is going on and happening, are that had happened? As you read through that, the victory has been celebrated in a hymnic, passage. And as you read through that, how you can see that Satan is all about destroying everything. By the way, only the redeemed can sing of the wonderful Redemption because angels have never been redeemed. Only we have been redeemed, right? So the dragons ongoing persecution of the woman and her descendants continues for the rest of chapter 12 and that attack continues. But the dragon unleashes a flood to sweep her away. So there is this Florida water that comes across the desert, the Wilderness to wipe out Israel, the woman right now, this was interesting and I've read it a thousand times and I looked and I missed it until this time the earth intervenes the earth intervene What is the Earth?

We're at now.

Yes.

How did the Earth intervene the earth, the earth, swallowed it up. So, we're not talking about people here, we're talkin about the Earth who answers to God, everything we do. And all of creation does remember Genesis 3, when the curse was laid out? It was not just for humankind, it was also all created things. So the Earth swallowed up the water and protected the children of Israel, which goes on to say that who is protecting us. Lord, God Almighty is continuing to protect us here today. Each and every day, each, and every moment and this praise right here is evidence of it. Okay? This phrase right here is evidence of that. God's hand is here, protecting you each and every day as you roll through. All right, so so frustrated by his inability to destroy the woman, guess who say, And directed Fury at the rest of it. The rest of us. Satan is here. So how do you know if you're serving God You getting this and you're getting attention from Satan Focus resistance. And so let's talk about Bonnie is Bonnie serving God. And So my answer would be, it would seem that way because she has been tormented over the last two weeks in itself, just to look in the last couple weeks of what she has been through with her. And then has Satan tried to discourage her and keep her down, and keep her away and beat her up a little bit and spend discouraged or some, and take a spirit from her. Yes. Because who is Satan? Most scared of us. Not just us or allowing Jesus to work through it. And so, when we are doing God's work, that is when Satan gets noticed, he doesn't care about a pathetic Christians. Because Satan, as far as he's concerned, he's already got them. He's, he's more concerned about Christians, that are sharing the good news that are serving others that are doing God's work. He's more concerned about them, he's more concerned about prayer Saints, he's were concerned about those lifting at prayer, because they are doing what? They are glorifying, Jesus Christ, and that's where the issue comes in. That's why Satan is against you. And and that's why he is attacking God's Ain't So the Old Testament here. Alright, I'll share with you Genesis 22. Which is what

Yes, I do expect you to remember these messages.

The new Heaven and a new Earth was Abraham and Isaac and we're Anna and 22 is Abraham and Isaac and Oscar Isaac was sacrificed. There's 11 parallels between that passage and Jesus dying on the cross. So let's look at Joseph. Joseph is an Old Testament Jesus, Joseph is an Old Testament. Jesus, when you look at the story of Joseph, it is the story of Jesus it. Is that picture? That is there a Genesis 37? Ben? Joseph had a dream when he told it to his brothers they hated him even more. he said to them, listen to this dream, I had There were there. We were bonding, she needs of grain in the field, suddenly my cheap stood up and your she's gathered around it and bow down to my sheets. And are you really going to rain over us? His brothers as to, are you really going to rule us? So they hated him even more because of his dream and what he had said. And ultimately we all know that Joseph was in Ray's to the number to and all of all of his family came. And they bow down before him not knowing who he was. And he was able to say, not only the land, but save them because of God's, providential hand. Everybody remember that story? Remember how that unfolded, but keep reading. This is part 2 of that dream and he told it to his brother, he said I had another dream last night and this time the sun, the moon and Eleven stars were bowing down. Give me 11 starts. How many brothers did Joseph have imagined The Fury that was going on in the 11 Brothers mind at this moment. He told his brother and his father. What kind of dream is that that you have had? He said, am I and your mother and your brother is really going to come and bow down to the ground. Before you put any pause. His brothers were jealous of anybody's father, kept the matter in mind because there had to be something to this. And he didn't know exactly what, but something was going on jumping to Revelation, 12:1 a great sign appeared in heaven, a woman clothed with the sun and the moon, under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. So the twelve Stars. So if Joseph had 11 Brothers, how many brothers were there?

Similarity here. So Genesis 37. I don't have time to get deep but there you go. So in Joseph's interpretation, the sun represents Joseph himself, the moon represents Joseph's mother, Rachel and the 11 stars represent, Joseph's brothers, Joseph appears in know. So I am self rather buy raining over the Sun, the moon and the stars. He occupies a position where creation itself boughs down to him. That symbolic framework from Genesis 37 is the key that unlocks, the interpretation of Revelation chapter 12 in two are joined together to make that happen. So the woman clothed in Sun Moon, the twelve stars represent Israel and it draws directly from Genesis 37 and Justin Joseph, Joseph dreams for shadow, what's coming. It is from the Old Testament. It also points to the child who brings Redemption over rulers over all the nation but yours. Another similarity right here. It is. That Joseph was sold into slavery before rising to power Christ was sold into the Roman army, before he ascended back into power in that glorification, Redemptive history. So, think about that. Is there a Trent? Is there still? A man? There are all kinds of stories we could draw from Genesis 37. So, the woman is indeed, Israel. That's a fact. You have to know that to unlock this Revelation, 12 to 15. You have to know that the dragon is Satan. You have to know that Michael is the print Archangel and you have to know that the rest of her offspring are the Saints. You have to understand that the Beast that is referenced from the sea is in a Chrysler to beat that are mentioned, one is from the sea and the sea is an across the worldly. One though that is within the sea is the one that rep Send all the worldly Powers, political social and economic Powers, but the Earth of speed represents our is the false prophet. So you have the Antichrist that comes from the sea. You have the false prophet that comes from the earth and the false prophet from the earth represents, all the false religions that are out there to Dragon to see these the Antichrist and the Earth Beast, the false prophet, they all form a kind of Unholy Trinity mimicking and mocking the Holy Trinity of God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, that's how those play together. That's That's what Satan is doing. Babylon represents the center of pagan power and it and while there was an actual Babylon Babylon, even today to reference Babylon is just that a global Center of that Pagan power. And we still talk to it that way even today. So be on any single historical reference, The Babylon, the great ultimately symbolize that. By the way, Babylon is going to rise as we move forward, and you can catch that in a couple of David, Jeremiah books, and he really goes into detail on how he believes that's going to happen. So the crucial thing coming in for a landing here. What a is a defeat becomes a victory when Believers die for their face. When you were willing to die for your face when you're willing to put it all on the line for your face, then that's when Satan takes notice. That's when we get serious. And that's when we begin to see Revival happen in the church. Having conquered Satan through Christ's blood and their testimony, Believers that really gets serious about their faith. Things change when he was unable to destroy the woman, then he waged war against all, the saints, all the Believers in Christ, here is a principal Slide the for visions that you see in this section 12 through 15 are summed up. As you see Don and 44000 which we talked about, you see Angels, declaring babylon's Falls and it is history future because it's told here as if it's cute as its history. But it is actually from our see a future because it is yet to unfold, but it is coming. You see the son of man harvesting the Earth, because the Saints those that believe in Christ, those that have given their souls to Christ, Our then harvested to Heaven before the final judgment unfold. And then the seven angels are equipped. And that's where we go. Next week, when you jump into Revelation, 16, that's where the bowl. Judgments that destructive legs are actually put out the Harvest of. The same thing is been brought into heaven, the curtains are drawn back, the hidden forces are revealed, we saw that in Revelation 1, it was the unveiling of Jesus Christ and then he comes back another layer. Pulls back the curtains, just a little bit more and you can see the conflict that is actually going on that. We see this is a battle for the end. This is taking us into that in time. And the enemy is the enemy of God in man. The enemy is Satan. He is against God and he is against man. Entirely so in God's purpose if you're reading through this. Just sneezed up in God's purpose to woman the male child, a strong Angel. And the woman's offspring are all on God's side and then the great red dragon, the Beat from the sea and the Beast from the land, are all part of Satan's side. If you will, Judgment is absolutely required because the battle is spiritual, the battle is spiritual when you look and you see what's going on around us and you watch different things. I can I can see that Satan and his demonic forces are over a person because they are speaking in such a way that doesn't make sense of a logical person and they're not, they're not allowing the judgment to really way in. They are just there. Just, take lost their mind and it's because they are under such a dumbass Influencer game, they are demonically oppressed and you think about their rage and their anger in and Madness. There are two Realms that we deal with. There is a physical round, we see where you can touch, but there is also the spiritual realm that is going on right here with us and amongst us and they dwell amongst us as well. And they have that influence. I do not believe in demonic possession. I do believe in demonic oppression, and there's a difference in those two words. And Satan certainly comes against us to destroy it and we have studied and looked at that. So that is the unlocking of Revelation 12 through 15. And next week, we will hit 16 through 18.
