As an introduction to a short series on Finding Jesus Through His Parables, we start by looking at the first part of the Parable of the Sower in Mark 4:1-20, which introduces us to the idea of parables and where Jesus explains one of the primary reasons he uses parables, to reveal our hearts and encourage us to truly seek him.
