the unknown god
the unknown god
YHWH’s time in Christ! No one else's, a time to share Spirit, not flesh.
Addressing the fad. Christianity as a intellectual conversation or a philosophy is unbiblical. It is not catch phrases that satisfy some unbeliever, or worse, a verse that catches another so-called Christians attention. These conversation are about the person speaking. Look at me, I know all this, debate with me, ...etc. We saw this with the pharisees and Christ, we then saw this with Paul and the greeks, at that time the romans, greeks were supposedly the men of wisdom, math, philosophy, science, astronomy, yet they had too many gods.
A god for everything, why is that? Simple, too many chiefs, no indians. Everyone gets an opinion. We are not the center of conversation, no matter what we believe, or think, or say, Christ IS. Our path to freedom and peace from sure sin, and death is Faith in Him. When we have Christ/Truth, we receive the gift of Spirit, the Holy Ghost, the guider of our conscience. He is the reflector of Christ/Word of YHWH within us. So, a couple of things real quick, True teachings come from the Word, direct from Christ, we cannot change them or have opinions that change His teachings.
This is why “Christianity has 45,000 or more denominations. Everyone is right in their teaching. WOW, crazy numbers, many little gods there. So, if we boil that down to major historical “branches” we still have 5. Christ speaks of 7 churches based on their locations geographically, not doctrinally, but of their works, they all have different beliefs and actions. He says there is one church that makes it to Heaven, HIS!
Proverbs 9:1 “1 Wisdom hath builded her house, She hath hewn out her seven pillars:”
Purity: A heart set apart for God, acting as the central or primary column.
Peaceable: A disposition focused on peace and resolving conflict.
Gentle: Kindness and consideration in actions and words.
Reasonable (Easy to be entreated): A willingness to listen, yield, and act with good judgment.
Full of mercy and good fruits: Compassion expressed through tangible acts of help and kindness.
Without partiality (Humility): Fairness, justice, and freedom from snobbery or hypocrisy.
Sincerity (Without hypocrisy): Living genuinely with integrity and loving the truth
Still crazy because there is 1 GOD ALMIGHTY that Christ came to lead us back to. These are all based on opinions, not Biblical Truth. There is One Church of Christ followers, not many.
So when Paul was traveling he made it to Athens where they had huge amphitheaters for public discussion, politics, religion, science, ...etc. Men stood there preaching their beliefs and theories. At the Aereopagus, Mars Hill, or the Hill of Ares, god of war, god of murder. Who is the god of murder? sin? death? Ironically, there was a council, supreme court type place. Well they had many gods, just like today. Pastors have made themselves gods. Creating denominations of their beliefs. These men themselves were gods in there own eyes. Anyway, in Acts he stands on the Athenian altars of many gods, the 12, athena, zeus, and the unknown god,...etc., and he says;
Acts 17:23 “23 For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you.” He is about to teach Christ crucified and resurrected. Not opinion, fact. He taught Christ at that moment, on a very significant location in front of all the other gods, as Christ did on Philippi Caesarea.
To these men, Christ is the unknown God. This altar to the unknown god is prophetic. Bear with me, 20 years earlier in a dream(Spirit), Caiaphas comes to say this;
John 11:49–53 “49 And one of them, named Caiaphas, being the high priest that same year, said unto them, Ye know nothing at all, 50 Nor consider that it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not. 51 And this spake he not of himself: but being high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus should die for that nation; 52 And not for that nation only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad. 53 Then from that day forth they took counsel together for to put him to death.”
This prophesy happened. Spoken by Caiaphas, YHWH spoke to him in a dream, through Spirit, because He was high priest. So, here we are, Paul speaking through Spirit, prophesying. Not only Christ, but of these men being gods themselves, eating of the tree of good and evil. Judging others on their opinions and theories.
So, who do we think the unknown god is? Is Christ unknown to us? Is He not the Son of YHWH. 2000 years later He is known and preached. Who now, in this day, today, is the unknown god?
Aren’t we called gods by Christ in Psalms and John.
Psalm 82:6 “6 I have said, Ye are gods; And all of you are children of the most High.”
John 10:34 “34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?”
Make sense yet? Wait, what does satan say to eve?
Genesis 3:5 “5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”
These here are men standing in a place in all pomp and glory of their own voices. Claiming innocence, proclaiming guilt, and self created laws and gods alike by their fleshly thoughts and actions. No different today in churches, bible studies and “Christian” homes alike. All standing on their opinion.
So, how do we fix this issue? What were Christs directions in this? That's, simple...CHRISTS WORDS IN RED. You wanna know what Paul, Peter, John meant, go to Christ. Every man is taught by the Spirit “ACCORDING” to the abilities given to HIM by YHWH in CHRIST. These gifts are for amplifying and directing to CHRIST. Not for men to see how smart they are. Not for philosophical deep conversations that pose multiple directions...there is only One Door.
These teachings should be defined by the Holy Spirit not men, or me, or any other opinion. Even in the disciples words, who were inspired by the Holy Spirit were directions for them individually. Your path is not mine, mine is not yours, but Christs Words will never change or fade. We cannot and should not change the Word of YHWH for our liking. It is for the growth of the church by YHWH alone is the increase. We preach in the Spirit not in the flesh and it is not opinions that Christ came to teach. He showed simply the method by YHWH for which He was chosen. All His talents and gifts came from the Father, not men, not manly doctrines, not created denominations by man. By YHWH through Spirit. Perfect example is Paul a letter to Corinth;
1 Corinthians 3:6 “6 I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.”
Christ started the original 12, Paul then went and planted Christ, Apollos then watered or taught the believers, YHWH gives the increase. What is being said here? It is not about Paul, or Apollos, it is about the Father walking with His children, giving them the Holy Spiritual tools needed to come home, in CHRIST of course we get the Holy Ghost. (Holy=separate Ghost=Spirit)
The center of every conversation in Christ is Christ through the Spirit. Not my opinion, not yours, no ones. The discussions we have are from His Truth, the Way He walked, in the actions He completed, are all examples we should follow in perfection, as He asks. The reason He says perfect is because, He is and was as He walked, in the Spirit. Not in manly doctrines, denominations, rituals, but of YHWH, all 3 persons in One, perfect.
Matthew 5:48 “48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.” This is the calling, to be like Him.
1 Now the feast of unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called the Passover.
2 And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill him; for they feared the people.
3 Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.
4 And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray him unto them.
5 And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.
6 And he promised, and sought opportunity to betray him unto them in the absence of the multitude.
This is the world entering into judas, the world of information on good and evil. What’s best for me, my church, my home, my flesh!
7 Then came the day of unleavened bread, when the passover must be killed.
8 And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the passover, that we may eat.
9 And they said unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare?
10 And he said unto them, Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he entereth in.
11 And ye shall say unto the goodman of the house, The Master saith unto thee, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples?
12 And he shall shew you a large upper room furnished: there make ready.
13 And they went, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the passover.
All prepared for by YHWH in advance for Christ.
14 And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him.
15 And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer:
16 For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.
17 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves:
18 For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come.
19 And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.
21 But, behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me is with me on the table.
22 And truly the Son of man goeth, as it was determined: but woe unto that man by whom he is betrayed!
23 And they began to inquire among themselves, which of them it was that should do this thing.
This is a testament to the Galilean wedding feast. It is the announcement of the engagement to Christ and His bride. His body will be broken as the bread they eat, and His blood the sacrifice to cleanse all sin. However, there is an evil one among you. The divider, confusion, 45,000 denominations. Thousands of religions...the deceiver.
24 And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest.
25 And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.
26 But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.
27 For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am among you as he that serveth.
28 Ye are they which have continued with me in my temptations.
29 And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me;
30 That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
He claims the servants over the served. The workers of His Fathers business, teaching and preaching Christ through Spirit. The Way, Truth and Life.
31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
33 And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.
34 And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.
35 And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing.
36 Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.
37 For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning me have an end.
38 And they said, Lord, behold, here are two swords. And he said unto them, It is enough.
We are all to be tested by flesh and evil, but, we must remain in Christ/Word of YHWH in all situations. Do not fear death, for in Him there is none. After His death they will be criminals in the eyes of the world, so take these things with you, not to conquer but for protection. First is script, scripture, the Word of YHWH is your sword. A two edged sword is needed, because the enemy comes and he only comes for this;
John 10:10 “10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”
So have your sword
Hebrews 4:12 “12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”
I must fulfill;
Isaiah 53:12 “12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, And he shall divide the spoil with the strong; Because he hath poured out his soul unto death: And he was numbered with the transgressors; And he bare the sin of many, And made intercession for the transgressors.”
This will be the end of sin and death, when I complete this mission.
39 And he came out, and went, as he was wont, to the mount of Olives; and his disciples also followed him.
40 And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into temptation.
41 And he was withdrawn from them about a stone’s cast, and kneeled down, and prayed,
42 Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.
43 And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him.
44 And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.
45 And when he rose up from prayer, and was come to his disciples, he found them sleeping for sorrow,
46 And said unto them, Why sleep ye? rise and pray, lest ye enter into temptation.
Asking His Father to remove the cup, He wants to stay and help all His flock. Confirming His mission, thy will be done. He gets strength from Heaven in prayer and asks them to do the same.
47 And while he yet spake, behold a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto Jesus to kiss him.
48 But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss?
49 When they which were about him saw what would follow, they said unto him, Lord, shall we smite with the sword?
50 And one of them smote the servant of the high priest, and cut off his right ear.
51 And Jesus answered and said, Suffer ye thus far. And he touched his ear, and healed him.
52 Then Jesus said unto the chief priests, and captains of the temple, and the elders, which were come to him, Be ye come out, as against a thief, with swords and staves?
53 When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.
The kiss, the deception of love is revealed by his actions, and feelings towards Christ. He is a separator of chief friends, a liar from the beginning, a murderer.
Proverbs 16:28 “28 A froward man soweth strife: And a whisperer separateth chief friends.”
John 8:44 “44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”
This is who entered into judas, evil itself, the inner god! The self god of good and evil that Paul preached of, the unknown god of human flesh.
54 Then took they him, and led him, and brought him into the high priest’s house. And Peter followed afar off.
55 And when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the hall, and were set down together, Peter sat down among them.
56 But a certain maid beheld him as he sat by the fire, and earnestly looked upon him, and said, This man was also with him.
57 And he denied him, saying, Woman, I know him not.
58 And after a little while another saw him, and said, Thou art also of them. And Peter said, Man, I am not.
59 And about the space of one hour after another confidently affirmed, saying, Of a truth this fellow also was with him: for he is a Galilaean.
60 And Peter said, Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, while he yet spake, the cock crew.
61 And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.
62 And Peter went out, and wept bitterly.
Ahhh, again here is another example. Peter spent 3 years with Christ, blessed by Him, taught by Him, and he followed Him and said he loved Him. But, here he is denying he even knows Him, why? Afraid of death? Doesn't quite understand yet? Still learning and seeking? He obviously was given bits and pieces as The Father saw fit. Not completely given the whole Holy Spirit as on Pentecost, but enough for now to teach this lesson. He is the Christ, He saw all and predicted this before Peter did it. The world will scare, threaten, punish you, and humiliate you, but YHWH in Christ will never leave you or forsake you.
Joshua 1:5 “5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.”
He has laid out a path for us already, we must stay on it.
Deuteronomy 31:8 “8 And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.”
63 And the men that held Jesus mocked him, and smote him.
64 And when they had blindfolded him, they struck him on the face, and asked him, saying, Prophesy, who is it that smote thee?
65 And many other things blasphemously spake they against him.
66 And as soon as it was day, the elders of the people and the chief priests and the scribes came together, and led him into their council, saying,
67 Art thou the Christ? tell us. And he said unto them, If I tell you, ye will not believe:
68 And if I also ask you, ye will not answer me, nor let me go.
69 Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of God.
70 Then said they all, Art thou then the Son of God? And he said unto them, Ye say that I am.
71 And they said, What need we any further witness? for we ourselves have heard of his own mouth.
Christ knows His fate. He accepts it in confidence of the Father’s Promise. He follows the Word, because He is the Word made flesh. He is YHWH in the flesh, and when YHWH in Christ is in us, we too are of the Father.
We are his offspring, His children, learning and walking in the Light of Christ. Never of men and their thoughts, beliefs, doctrines, 45,000 denominations, or rituals. We seek Christ; and Him crucified/resurrected.
Jeremiah 29:13 “13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.”
Matthew 6:33 “33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
Matthew 7:7 “7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:”
Isaiah 55:6 “6 Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, Call ye upon him while he is near:”
1 Chronicles 16:11 “11 Seek the Lord and his strength, Seek his face continually.”
We do not seek honor, fame, fortune, or notoriety. We seek Him, and He knows our hearts and teaches us according to His will, and we are given the gifts of Spirit. As Christ questioned his own will in the garden, then put it all in the Father...”your will be done.” He taught it all, but gave YHWH the Glory in Spirit. He planted, the disciples watered, the Father...HE INCREASES! (not men, not churches, not doctrines)
1 Corinthians 14:33 “33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.”
Bless and Praise the Lord God Almighty YHWH, in Christ Yahushua, and Holy Ghost! so be it.
