住在真理中

How to prepare for Christ‘s coming

Christ is coming because there are antichrists

They are not amongst us

18孩子們哪，如今是末世的時光了。你們曾聽過那敵基督者要來，現在有好些敵基督者已經出來了；由此我們就知道，如今是末世的時光了。19他們從我們中間出去，卻不是屬我們的，若是屬我們的，就必仍舊與我們同在。他們出去，這就顯明他們都不是屬我們的。20 【kai but】

You know the truth and therefore you know the lie

你們從那聖者受了恩膏（Holy Spirit），並且你們大家都知道 【oida knowledge not experience】 。21我寫信給你們，不是因你們不認識（oida have not known）真理，而是因你們認識 （have known oida），並且知道一切虛謊都不是從真理出來的 （do not belong； do not have anything in common with 一係真，一係錯，半真半錯的都不是真理）。

How to tell the antichrist? Those Not telling the truth and the whole truth

If you know the truth you will know who is antichrist and who will lead you astray

22誰是說謊話的呢？不就是那不認耶穌為基督的嗎？（His divinity and his humanity）（我信耶穌基督上帝的獨生子我們的主因着聖靈成，從童女瑪麗亞所生，在彼拉多手下遇難，被釘在十字架上，死了，葬了，第三天從死裏復活，後昇天，將來要從哪裏降臨，審判活人死人）那不認父與子的，這個人就是敵基督的。23凡不認子的，就沒有父；宣認（宣稱）子的，連父也有了。（relationship 關係，和他有相交）

So how to prepare for Christ’s coming

1. Do not love the world (your love will remain in him)

第二章

15 不要愛世界和世界上的東西，若有人愛世界，愛父的心就不在他裏面了。 16 因為凡世界上的東西，好比肉體的情慾、眼目的情慾和今生的驕傲，都不是從父來的，而是從世界來的。 17 這世界和世上的情慾都要消逝，惟獨那遵行上帝旨意的人永遠常存。

24論到你們，務要將那從起初所聽見的常存在 （remain meno present）心裏；若將從起初所聽見的存在（remain aorist meno）心裏 （gospel 神愛世人甚至將他的獨生子賜給他們，叫一切信他的不至滅亡，反得永生），你們就會住在子裏面（future），也會住在父裏面。25基督所應許我們的就是永生。

You know the truth know you enjoy the benefits the moment you belief

You have eternal life…

26我將這些話寫給你們，是論到那些迷惑你們的人說的。

27至於你們，你們從基督所受的恩膏常存在你們心裏，並不用人教導你們，自有他的恩膏在凡事上教導你們。這恩膏是真的，不是假的，你們要按這恩膏的教導住在他裏面。

28孩子們哪，你們要住【常住present meno】在基督裏面。

這樣，他若顯現，我們就可以坦然無懼；當他來臨的時候，在他（Christ）面前不至於慚愧。

3. 潔淨自己 （Free ourselves from sin）

29你們若知道 （have known ）（oida）他（天父 or Christ？）是公義的（righteous），就知道凡行公義（do righteousness 做對的事情）的人都是他所生的。

第三章

1你們看父賜給【perfect 已經賜給我們】我們的是何等的慈愛 【agape】，讓我們得以稱為神的兒女；我們也真是他的兒女。世人不認識 （ginosko ）（present 不繼續從經歷中認識我們 recognize，understand our true nature）我們的理由，是因他們未曾認識（aorist ginosko）父。2

親愛的，我們現在 【emphatic now】是神的兒女，將來如何還未顯明。我們所知道的是：基督顯現的時候，我們會像【character，righteousness，holiness，immortality，and glory】他 （Christ），因為我們將見到他的本相 （see him as he is） 【我們會好像也是基督一樣，耶穌是神的兒子，我們也是神的兒女，所以我們有天會好像也是基督一樣，現在我們已經是神的兒女，你有這指望嗎？你從神生的話，就會有這指望，你就會令自己成爲聖潔】。3凡對他有這指望的，就潔淨 (present continue to)自己，像他是潔淨的一樣。

Those who are not begotten by God

4凡犯罪的，就是做違背律法的事；違背律法就是罪。5你們知道，基督曾顯現是要除掉罪；在他並沒有罪。6凡住在他裏面的，不犯罪；凡犯罪的，未曾看見他，也未曾認識他。

7孩子們哪，不要讓人迷惑了你們；行義的才是義人，正如基督是義的。8犯罪的是出於魔鬼，因為魔鬼從起初就犯罪。神的兒子顯現出來，是為了要毀滅魔鬼的作為。9凡從神生的，不犯罪，因神的道【常】存在他裏面，他也不能【繼續，經常】犯罪，因為他是由神所生的。10這就顯明誰是神的兒女，誰是魔鬼的兒女了。凡不行義的，不是出於神，不愛他弟兄的，也是如此。

So how can tell you are truly a Christian?

You love God and you don’t love the world

You love brothers and sisters

You do good

You do not continue to sin

Have you been begotten by God?

If no ask to!

If yes abide in the truth!

Jesus is coming.

But will you have eternal life?

Are you those who love the world?

Are you those who hate brothers and sisters?

Are you doing good or are you continue to sin?

Do you obey the teachings of the Jesus?

Do you have a heart to obey the teachings of Jesus?

Do you confess Jesus as your Lord and savior?
