Ps. 118:24
Good morning Church of All Faiths, this is the day that the Lord has made so lets rejoice and be glad in it.
Topic is
Why Prayer can change your situation when you have a relation ship with Christ.
The Text this morning is
2 cor.
5:7
Philippians 4:5
Let your reasonableness be known to everyone.
The Lord is at hand: do not be anxious about anything, but in all things, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be known to God and the peace of god which surpasses all under standing will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
1 In this text we find Paul telling us that we need to
rejoice in the Lord always and I say again rejoice believers we need to be an example or a blue print for believers and unbelievers Paul is saying we need to rejoice because we know what God can do because he’s been closer to us than a brother or a family member and that he’s been everything to us and for us the bible says he can do exceedingly greater than we could think or ask.
Eph 3:20-21
let our moderation to be known, meaning that we need to let it be known who we serve.
by showing in our life style that we believe in God, and we do that by showing how we deal with problems and life challenges, and that we don’t deal with things like the world, but that we have access to a God that can move mountains out of our way.
And we deal with problems through prayer.
We have stabilizers on our life so we don’t live as the world because we have restrictions on our life.
1 As Christians God has provided for us and given us away to communicate with him, about our problems and to come before him with our problems
