The Impossible can Happen

Impossible because of sin (vv18,19)

God promised a son to an elderly couple. Not only a son but that many descendants through and from him.

Not just later in life, but well beyond the time when they could have a baby. How was this going to happen.

Everlasting life is impossible if it depends on us and our work because God demands, he demands perfection. Because we have a sinful nature, this is absolutely impossible for us.

Possible with God through Jesus (vv20-24)
