God’s transformation doesn’t stop just with a few people around us, but it goes to wherever and whoever in the world. The open secret of God is so wonderful and Paul is encouraging us to live it intentionally so the whole world can know it, and we do this thru constant prayer and communion with Him, then we speak that out openly to the world in clear Bible communication, and we live as Christians before others.
