Psalm 119:
Psalm 119:9 KJV 1900
BETH. Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed thereto according to thy word.
Intro:
The Bible is relevant. it has the answer for every major aspect of our lives. this evening I want to talk to mainly the Teens about living a pure life. Kids if you will listen you will learn something as well.
the great question. How can we be clean? How can we live a clean life?

The question that is asked

How can a young person keep their lives clean? Its a plain question, a good, question, a needed question.

Suggestion of urgency
How can a young person keep their lives clean? Its a plain question, a good, question, a needed question.

The answer is given

How do we live a pure life? By living according to God’s word. what does that really mean? verses 9-16 shows us what that means.

With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.
Search the bible and be ready to obey all its commandments

Thy word have I hid in mine heart, That I might not sin against thee.
Let God’s Word enter into you. God’s word can cleans and purify you. Example Water hose

Blessed art thou, O Lord: Teach me thy statutes.
Be humble, lowly, and submissive. notice the words “teach me”.

With my lips have I declared All the judgments of thy mouth.
Declare God’s word in your daily walk. show you are a Christian and not ashamed

I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, As much as in all riches.
Rejoice in God’s word and treasure it above everything else.

I will meditate in thy precepts, And have respect unto thy ways.
Meditate on God's word and never question what it says
Psalm 119:16 KJV 1900
I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.
Delight yourself in God’s word daily and apply it
Conclusion:
Let God’s word cleans you daily and you will be pure
