Deu 6:7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
Deu 6:8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.
Deu 6:9 And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.
1. Talk to you children.
2. Play with you children
3. Worship with you childen, morning and evening.
4. Discipline your children
5. Teach your children.
What our children needed are not more facilities.
But better teachers and parents.
Teachers and parents who was concerned about them,
teachers and parents who understands them.
Teachers and parents who love them, and we forgot that we rarely find this in the public school system.
One thing that history in American has taught us is this:
In the preparation of students for eternity, the facilities has little significance.
You can put them around all the computers that you want.
You can put them in the best gyms if you want.
You can get them air conditioned building if you want.
Yet that will not prepare them for eternity.
What they need, are teachers that will take them to the throne of God.
Yes they must be taught mathematics, and English, and geography.
But most of all, they must be taught, that there is an unseen watcher who holds them accountable for every action, and he Yahweh God is depending on them, to stand like a brave with their face to the foes, for where there strength is insufficient, His strength is sufficient, and he has left us with the assurance, he will never leave us or forsake us.
No, never alone,
No Never alone
He promise, never to leave us
Never to leave us alone.
Because when problems come, which they will
When trial come, which they will.
When life gets hard and mean and rough which it will.
All the geometry , geography and mathematics in the world, can't help them
And if they dont have someone to lean on, tobacco, alcohol, coke and crack will fill the void.
But when they have Jesus, when they have Jesus,
Like David before Goliath, they will stand up and say
You come to me, with psychology and evolution,
But I come to you in the name of the Lord.
And as their faith takes a hold of the sling shot of life.
and their trust find its mark, in the probblems of today,
like, Goliath, or the walls of Jericho
They all will come tumbling down.

Article Title: The True Ideal for Our Youth
True education is the inculcation of those ideas that will impress the mind and heart with the knowledge of God the Creator and Jesus Christ the Redeemer. Such an education will renew the mind and transform the character. It will strengthen and fortify the mind against the deceptive whisperings of the adversary of souls, and enable us to understand the voice of God. It will fit the learned to become a coworker with Christ.
I will never forget that day.
We had taken our son Stephen on his first trip to the Niagara Falls.
We had taken an helicopter ride, where my wife still has not yet opened her eyes and observed the great Niagara River, We flew into the mist of the falls, and felt its power as the mighty waters went crashing down that Great falls.
We visited the IMAX, and there they give the history and legend of the falls, the many who had dived, jumping over in Barrels ect, and at the end, the music sounded, a scene after scenes of the mighty Niagara was played, and it the midst of those scenes, my young son Stephen, who could have been no older than 4 or 5 years old, declared, In the Beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
The power of the scene had evoked from him a declaration of the omnipotence of God.
Beholding nature in its glory had moved a four year olds child mind to think of the creator of nature.
In the beginning God. – This is what education must do for our children

True Education.

1. The inculcation of those ideas that will impress the mind and heart with the knowledge of God the Creator and Jesus Christ the Redeemer.

11O thou afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay thy stones with fair colours, and lay thy foundations with sapphires. 12And I will make thy windows of agates, and thy gates of carbuncles, and all thy borders of pleasant stones. 13And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children[2]
Our secular school system is based on humanism.
It is child centered, not God centered.
It disallows religious training; by saying the Bible does not belong there.
Its root is that we have evolved from nature, not from the hand of God.
Its worldview is in direct opposition to the view of God and the Bible, so that at its root, it is Satanic.
Education should never be the job of the state; it is the Job of the Church. And when education takes place, the mind and heart of the educated will be impressed with the knowledge of God the creator and Jesus Christ the Redeemer.

Dabney explains: Staff Writer for Stenewall Jackson-Bull Run.

"True education is, in one sense, a spiritual process. It is the nurture of a soul.
Education is the nurture of a spirit which is rational and moral, in which conscience is the regulative and imperative faculty.
When God made Adam, God was his teacher.
Adam was to by investigation discover knowledge, and he was to by association discover God, and get to know him most intimately.
Adam and Eve spent their days observing each other and nature,
His microscopic eyes, penetrated the leaves, and observed the movements of protons, neutrons and electrons.
Angels were available to help them with their questions and explain that which they did not understand.
In the evening, Adam had an appointment with God.
By Association and interaction, he was becoming more and more like God, as he grew to know God better.
But then one day the devil appeared and caused Eve and Adam to question Gods knowledge.

1Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?[3]
Did God say what you eat is going to kill you.
You got to be kidding.
Sis, Eat this and you will become wiser.
In other words, Gods science is flawed.
He does not understand the biology of your system.
God is only trying to deprive you of something.
God does not want you to have the best.
An apple is not going to kill anybody.
She took that Fruit and Sin entered.
When Sin entered, the mind was dwarfed, eve could not think as clearly as she could before.
She could not grasp the eternal things of God, as readily as she did before.
The Character became flawed; they now had evil thought, and evil propensities.
It took training and education to make the character consistent in doing right.
Education was greatly needed.
This education was to renew the mind and transform the Character.
Educations intent was to restore man to his pre sin condition.
He had been created to existed eternally with God, now his training must help him realize that potential.
What we are trying to do in education today is to divide man.
We believe he has a secular and a spiritual side.
So we can send our students to secular school, while at home we teach them religious things.
Let me tell you something, if your child attends a secular school, if you spend time in the evening teaching them spiritual things, you are going to spend all your time, just trying to undo what the devil had done to them at school.
And when they come to church, they corrupt the minds of the other children in the church, because of our unfaithfulness to God.
The Christian is a spiritual person.
He is spiritual all the time.
He must develop a spiritual mind.
Must develop a spiritual character.
Must develop a spiritual personality.
And this can only be done when they have a spiritual Worldview and are taught by teachers with spiritual worldviews, in an environment with a spiritual worldview.
Everything we do has spiritual implication.

–What are the Devils Whispering?

1Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? 2And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: 3But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. 4And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: 5For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

A. God is a liar-

19God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?[4]

B. You diet does not matter; you can eat whatever you want. –

19What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s[5]

C. God does not understand Science – You won’t die, you will become wiser. – In the Beginning God.

Woman decides. VS 6- of Chapter 3.

6And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. [6]
A. Good for food – I can eat what I want if I think if is good for me.
B. God wants to deny me scientific knowledge – desired to make one wise.
C. I don’t need to believe God.
You can eat what you want.
The Bible is a myth.
The scientific evidence is that we have evolved, not created.
--- R.L. Dabney (1820-1898) War in 1861-Jackson was an outstanding Confederate General – Involved in Bull Run- accidentally shot by his own men.
Mr. Dabney "was one of the most remarkable men of 19th century America. He was a preacher, theologian, poet, and essayist, as well as a staff officer for General ‘Stonewall’ Jackson in the War Between the States." Douglas goes on to say Mr. Dabney’s observations regarding state education are not only profound, but modern Christians would find his work prophetic as well.
The education of children for God is the most important business done on earth. It is the one business for which the earth exists. To it all politics, all war, all literature, all money-making, ought to be subordinated; and every parent especially ought to feel, every hour of the day, that, next to making his own calling and election sure, this is the end for which he is kept alive by God--this is his task on earth.[1]

True education is missionary training. Every son and daughter of God is called to be a missionary; we are called to the service of God and our fellow men; and to fit us for this service should be the object of our education[8]
We and our children are Christ co-workers.
We should teach them to be missionaries in this word. Missionaries.
We are trying to teach them to be comfortable.

Chapter Title: What Comprises True Education?
The Breadth of True Education.--True education means more than taking a certain course of study. It is broad. It includes the harmonious development of all the physical powers and the mental faculties. It teaches the love and fear of God and is a preparation for the faithful discharge of life's duties.
Proper education includes not only mental discipline, but that training which will secure sound morals and correct deportment. The first great lesson in all education is to know and understand the will of God. We should bring into every day of life the effort to gain this knowledge. To learn science through human interpretation alone is to obtain a false education, but to learn of God and Christ is to learn the science of heaven. The confusion in education has come because the wisdom and knowledge of God have not been exalted.

Article Title: True Education
The first great lesson in true education is to know and understand the will of God. Take the knowledge of God with you through every day of life. Let it absorb the mind and the whole being. God gave Solomon wisdom, but this God-given wisdom was perverted when he turned from God to obtain wisdom from other sources. We need the wisdom of Solomon after we have learned the wisdom of One greater than Solomon.
