Big Idea:         Work like Paul, never ceasing, always pressing ahead.

Introduction

1.                  In the words of one television commercial, “Life comes at you fast.” Life does move quickly; sometimes we can be overcome with stress and struggle.

2.                  Paul gives a good example of someone who dealt with many problems yet continued to press ahead for the work of the gospel.

3.                  We focus on the first of three missionary journeys, beginning in Antioch of Syria.
