2 Engage: I know that many of you, his family and friends were tired as well. Not just physically but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually as you watched his body wither and the light of his spirit pass. It is a hard thing.

3 Expand: Everyone dies. Yet it is still hard for those who remain to go through the heart wrenching process. He is now at rest. You can be at rest. His eternal rest is possible because of faith in Christ and the sustaining knowledge that our Lord has conquered death. You can take comfort and find rest in the same fact.
