A.Christ Seated Upon the Throne of Heaven

He is in Heaven on the Throne as man

He demonstrated this power in the Messiah by raising Him from the dead and seating Him at His right hand in the heavens — far above every ruler and authority, power and dominion, and every title given, not only in this age but also in the one to come. And He put everything under His feet and appointed Him as head over everything for the church, which is His body, the fullness of the One who fills all things in every way.

The Venture We Must Make

This Venture is for all the redeemed

Saul agreed with putting him to death. On that day a severe persecution broke out against the church in Jerusalem, and all except the apostles were scattered throughout the land of Judea and Samaria. Devout men buried Stephen and mourned deeply over him. Saul, however, was ravaging the church. He would enter house after house, drag off men and women, and put them in prison. So those who were scattered went on their way preaching the message of good news.

This venture make us ambassadors

Conclusion

Must learn to see with the eyes of faith and not the eyes of circumstance.

We need to be able to see Christ on the Throne at all times.

HE IS ON HIS THRONE

He rules the world and the universe.

There is nothing that takes place that He does not know about.
