The Lord inhabits the Praises of His People

Leviticus 18:25 NKJV
25 For the land is defiled; therefore I visit the punishment of its iniquity upon it, and the land vomits out its inhabitants.
Deuteronomy 7:1–6 NKJV
1 “When the Lord your God brings you into the land which you go to possess, and has cast out many nations before you, the Hittites and the Girgashites and the Amorites and the Canaanites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than you, 2 and when the Lord your God delivers them over to you, you shall conquer them and utterly destroy them. You shall make no covenant with them nor show mercy to them. 3 Nor shall you make marriages with them. You shall not give your daughter to their son, nor take their daughter for your son. 4 For they will turn your sons away from following Me, to serve other gods; so the anger of the Lord will be aroused against you and destroy you suddenly. 5 But thus you shall deal with them: you shall destroy their altars, and break down their sacred pillars, and cut down their wooden images, and burn their carved images with fire. 6 “For you are a holy people to the Lord your God; the Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for Himself, a special treasure above all the peoples on the face of the earth.

1 Peter 2:9–10 NKJV
9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; 10 who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.
1 Peter 5:8–10 NKJV
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 9 Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. 10 But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.

10 Be still, and know that I am God;

I will be exalted among the nations,

I will be exalted in the earth!

11 The LORD of hosts is with us;

The God of Jacob is our refuge.

1 Corinthians 15:46 NKJV
46 However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural, and afterward the spiritual.
What does being a child of God mean to you? Discerning the enemy.
What is loved by God is hated by Satan, and he is hates the godliness of God’s people, a christian is an escapee and traitorous to his causes. the true praying Christian is a true threat to Satan’s rule and plans.
Living it out. Walking in the knowledge of God.

6 Now these things became our examples, to the intent that we should not lust after evil things as they also lusted. 7 And do not become idolaters as were some of them. As it is written, “The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.” 8 Nor let us commit sexual immorality, as some of them did, and in one day twenty-three thousand fell; 9 nor let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed by serpents; 10 nor complain, as some of them also complained, and were destroyed by the destroyer. 11 Now all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages have come.

Defamation; running away from the battle.
Having been armed with bows, they turned back in the day of battle.
Deuteronomy 1:1–32 NKJV
1 These are the words which Moses spoke to all Israel on this side of the Jordan in the wilderness, in the plain opposite Suph, between Paran, Tophel, Laban, Hazeroth, and Dizahab. 2 It is eleven days’ journey from Horeb by way of Mount Seir to Kadesh Barnea. 3 Now it came to pass in the fortieth year, in the eleventh month, on the first day of the month, that Moses spoke to the children of Israel according to all that the Lord had given him as commandments to them, 4 after he had killed Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt in Heshbon, and Og king of Bashan, who dwelt at Ashtaroth in Edrei. 5 On this side of the Jordan in the land of Moab, Moses began to explain this law, saying, 6 “The Lord our God spoke to us in Horeb, saying: ‘You have dwelt long enough at this mountain. 7 Turn and take your journey, and go to the mountains of the Amorites, to all the neighboring places in the plain, in the mountains and in the lowland, in the South and on the seacoast, to the land of the Canaanites and to Lebanon, as far as the great river, the River Euphrates. 8 See, I have set the land before you; go in and possess the land which the Lord swore to your fathers—to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—to give to them and their descendants after them.’ 9 “And I spoke to you at that time, saying: ‘I alone am not able to bear you. 10 The Lord your God has multiplied you, and here you are today, as the stars of heaven in multitude. 11 May the Lord God of your fathers make you a thousand times more numerous than you are, and bless you as He has promised you! 12 How can I alone bear your problems and your burdens and your complaints? 13 Choose wise, understanding, and knowledgeable men from among your tribes, and I will make them heads over you.’ 14 And you answered me and said, ‘The thing which you have told us to do is good.’ 15 So I took the heads of your tribes, wise and knowledgeable men, and made them heads over you, leaders of thousands, leaders of hundreds, leaders of fifties, leaders of tens, and officers for your tribes. 16 “Then I commanded your judges at that time, saying, ‘Hear the cases between your brethren, and judge righteously between a man and his brother or the stranger who is with him. 17 You shall not show partiality in judgment; you shall hear the small as well as the great; you shall not be afraid in any man’s presence, for the judgment is God’s. The case that is too hard for you, bring to me, and I will hear it.’ 18 And I commanded you at that time all the things which you should do. 19 “So we departed from Horeb, and went through all that great and terrible wilderness which you saw on the way to the mountains of the Amorites, as the Lord our God had commanded us. Then we came to Kadesh Barnea. 20 And I said to you, ‘You have come to the mountains of the Amorites, which the Lord our God is giving us. 21 Look, the Lord your God has set the land before you; go up and possess it, as the Lord God of your fathers has spoken to you; do not fear or be discouraged.’ 22 “And every one of you came near to me and said, ‘Let us send men before us, and let them search out the land for us, and bring back word to us of the way by which we should go up, and of the cities into which we shall come.’ 23 “The plan pleased me well; so I took twelve of your men, one man from each tribe. 24 And they departed and went up into the mountains, and came to the Valley of Eshcol, and spied it out. 25 They also took some of the fruit of the land in their hands and brought it down to us; and they brought back word to us, saying, ‘It is a good land which the Lord our God is giving us.’ 26 “Nevertheless you would not go up, but rebelled against the command of the Lord your God; 27 and you complained in your tents, and said, ‘Because the Lord hates us, He has brought us out of the land of Egypt to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us. 28 Where can we go up? Our brethren have discouraged our hearts, saying, “The people are greater and taller than we; the cities are great and fortified up to heaven; moreover we have seen the sons of the Anakim there.” ’ 29 “Then I said to you, ‘Do not be terrified, or afraid of them. 30 The Lord your God, who goes before you, He will fight for you, according to all He did for you in Egypt before your eyes, 31 and in the wilderness where you saw how the Lord your God carried you, as a man carries his son, in all the way that you went until you came to this place.’ 32 Yet, for all that, you did not believe the Lord your God,
This is but a picture of us.
deu 1:1-
When we pray and nothing happens what do you do? Resort to the flesh?
Numbers 13:33 NKJV
33 There we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.”
So we know what
Satan means to destroy our ability to make warfare. to render us ineffective. Because they did not trust God.
we tend to see our situations in non-spiritual terms and therefore apply non-spiritual solutions.
isa 48:10
Isaiah 48:10 NKJV
10 Behold, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.
but this is God’s doing concerning us. We must be wise in God’s process.
Galatians 6:7–8 NKJV
7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. 8 For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.
Sometimes what we have received in life is our doing.
1 John 5:19 NKJV
19 We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one.
1 john 5
We have been separated from the world. not the people but their attitudes!! principles.
2 Corinthians 11:3 NKJV
3 But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
Satan’s warfare / spiritual warfare. The weapons of our warge
Ephesians 6:16 NKJV
16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
Sanctification;
Revelation 12:9 NKJV
9 So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
The Devil interjects himself into the situation; what is the method? your resilience and dreams. you just can’t break through to where you want to go?
Satan’s plan depends upon our not being aware of what his methods are.
Satan wants to destroy our relationship with the Lord.
WE HAVE NOTHING APART FROM THE LORD.
Job 1:6–12 NKJV
6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came among them. 7 And the Lord said to Satan, “From where do you come?” So Satan answered the Lord and said, “From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking back and forth on it.” 8 Then the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered My servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears God and shuns evil?” 9 So Satan answered the Lord and said, “Does Job fear God for nothing? 10 Have You not made a hedge around him, around his household, and around all that he has on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his possessions have increased in the land. 11 But now, stretch out Your hand and touch all that he has, and he will surely curse You to Your face!” 12 And the Lord said to Satan, “Behold, all that he has is in your power; only do not lay a hand on his person.” So Satan went out from the presence of the Lord.

2 Peter 1:3 NKJV
3 as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,
i have heard about you with the ear but now i see you for myself. Like Ezra, prepared himself to seek the lord.
Ezra 7:10 NKJV
10 For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the Law of the Lord, and to do it, and to teach statutes and ordinances in Israel.
A very powerful principle;
Hosea 4:6 NKJV
6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.
Isaiah 28:9–10 NKJV
9 “Whom will he teach knowledge? And whom will he make to understand the message? Those just weaned from milk? Those just drawn from the breasts? 10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept, Line upon line, line upon line, Here a little, there a little.”
dealing with itching ears, is it correct? we must search the scripture.
Philippians 2:25–26 NKJV
25 Yet I considered it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, fellow worker, and fellow soldier, but your messenger and the one who ministered to my need; 26 since he was longing for you all, and was distressed because you had heard that he was sick.
2 Corinthians 10:4–8 NKJV
4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 6 and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled. 7 Do you look at things according to the outward appearance? If anyone is convinced in himself that he is Christ’s, let him again consider this in himself, that just as he is Christ’s, even so we are Christ’s. 8 For even if I should boast somewhat more about our authority, which the Lord gave us for edification and not for your destruction, I shall not be ashamed—

What is this warfare? Against people? Stop being vexed with your spouse, children, sneaky
YOU MUST KNOW YOUR ENEMY!!!

SATAN IS THE ACCUSER OF THE BRETHREN. SERPENT SNAKE, DRAGON TO FASCINATE. BUT WE HAVE A LOT MORE ON OURS.
ARGUMENTS THAT EXALT THEMSELVES AGAINST THE KNOWLEDGE OF CHRIST.
SATAN’S DERIVES HIS STRENGTH FROM PRIDE, SELF-PRAISE, SELF-EXALTATION, CONCEIT, WHERE THESE THINGS ARE
WHERE EVIL DERIVES ITS STRENGTH. WHERE ENVY AND JEALOUSY ARE CONFUSION AND EVERY EVIL THINGS ARE THERE.
THERE IS AN APPEAL TO MAN’S SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
1 Timothy 4:1–6 NKJV
1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, 2 speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron, 3 forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. 4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving; 5 for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer. 6 If you instruct the brethren in these things, you will be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished in the words of faith and of the good doctrine which you have carefully followed.

The Scripture is the most difficult book. The book has been difficult. this is why we’re given it that we might be humbled before the Lord. Perseverance and faith.
(NKJV) — 10 Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!
THOSE WHO MAKE MUCH OF THE DEMONIC; THIS IS A MATTER OF PROMOTING ONE’S OWN NAME. DO NOT REJOICE IN CASTING OUT DEMON’S BUT THAT YOUR NAME IS WRITTEN IN THE LAMB’S BOOK OF LIFE.
(NKJV) — 2 Let my prayer be set before You as incense, The lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.
THE MEANS FOR
THE EYES ARE SUSCEPTIBLE TO DEMONIC SUGGESTION;
ASA’S ERROR. BUILD UP HIS ARMY IN A TIME OF PEACE.
John 14:30 NKJV
30 I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me.
WE MUST BE VIGILANT. THE FIGHT THAT WE HAVE TO FIGHT IS THE GOOD FIGHT OF FAITH, TRUSTING IN HIS TECHNOLOGIES.
The Scripture is the most difficult book. The book has been difficult. This is why we’re given it that we might be humbled before the Lord. Perseverance and faith. HE HAS GIVEN US THIS BOOK TO TEST US. TO HUMBLE US.
LIFTING UP
(NKJV) — 10 Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!
(NKJV) — 2 Let my prayer be set before You as incense, The lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.
DON’T TRUST YOUR FEELINGS. EVERYTHING MUST BE JUDGED THROUGH THE WORD
