Sing, O Barren!

Foundation Scripture: Isaiah 54:1-3

I. It’s time to get our eyes off of the problem!

A. Barrenness (unfruitful in the things of God)

B. It’s time to stop giving in to depression

C. It’s time to stop feeling left out

D. It’s time to stop giving into self-pity

E. When we get our eyes on problems, it keeps our focus off of God who is our answer!

II. It’s time to BELIEVE!

A. That God is bigger than the problem!

B. That God is bigger than people!

C. That God is bigger than your own ability!

D. That God can bring a miraculous turnaround in your situation!

A. You can’t have a child until you have first received the seed

B. The seed is God’s word, His promise!

C. You have to believe that the PROMISE is bigger than the PROBLEM

A. It’s time to start living like one who is EXPECTING!

B. Praise lifts us above the problem so that we walk in the miraculous

C. It is time to get your joy back by believing and receiving and rejoicing!

A. Enlargement is faith in action

B. Enlargement is preparation for the promise

C. Enlargement is preparation to receive sons and daughters (Harvest)

D. Enlargement is preparing ourselves to be fathers and mothers (responsibility)

E. Enlargement is determined by our faith and obedience (Do not spare!)

F. Enlargement prepares us for greater influence

1. You will expand to the right and to the left (FAMILY, FRIENDS & NEIGHBORS)

2. Your descendants will inherit the nations (NATIONS)

3. Your descendants will make the desolate cities inhabited (CITIES)
