We all struggle with selfish ambition! The world would have us believe that we must look out for number one. Ultimately we must decide what will serve as our ultimate authority (God, world, me) and submit ourselves to it. Those who turn to self or the world will find themselves resisted by God. Those who desire to pursue God's glory must resist self and the world.
