sermon061304
Back on March 21st. and March 29th. I preached from the Old Testament passage Psalm 103:19, that says; “The LORD has established His throne in heaven and His kingdom rules over all.” You may recall that in the NASB Psalm 103:19 say just about the same as the NKJV except instead of ‘The Kingdom rules’, we find ‘His sovereignty rules’.
Our subject for those two Sundays was ‘The Sovereignty of God in Administration’ and we were able to see God as an administrator – in the inanimate, animate (both irrational and rational) and spiritual worlds.
New Hope, if I was to ask you today, June 13, 2004, to give me two or three points made during those messages, could you recall them, could you pull out some notes and refresh your memory, and be blessed by them today?
My point is this; unlike the world of education your spiritual retention, the act of and the power to continue to hold, to remember, to keep in mind, spiritual knowledge is not left up to you only but also to God working in you.
