Jesus’ Intercession for us
When we have come to God through Jesus, we become the body of Christ, we are His and no one can mess with us without messing with Jesus.
Jesus is waiting to intercede for us with the Father.
He knows our weaknesses and is waiting to talk to the Father on our behalf for Grace and Mercy.
We are no longer under judgement but God’s grace as we dwell as Christ’s body.
It is not Christ who condemns us, but Satan who codemns us with the Father.
Jesus stands there talking with the Father for us.
1 John
It is not because of us that we are sinless but because of Christ who is righteous.
This is shy our works cannot get us an audience with God, nothing we can do.
But only through Jesus can we have an audience with the Father.
There is only one way for us to come to God the Father, through Jesus.
1 Timothy
Though others teach that its through your efforts that you can try to do good enough.
Our Intercession for Others
Like Abigail interceding for her wicked husband, we are to stand in the Gap for others.
We are called to pray for others.
What has God put on your heart to pray for, to intercede for?
Family?
Church?
City?
Sick?
