Cookie Monster and the Mark on the Wall

When Cory was 2 years old, he was swinging an attachment from the vaccuum cleaner around and happened to hit the wall, making a two inch scuff mark on the wall. The mark couldn't be taken off by cleaning it. It need to be completely painted over.

Cory felt so guilty about the scuff on the wall that he insisted on taking a stuffed cookie monster chair and covering the scuff on the wall with the cookie monster chair. He felt so ashamed of that scuff on the wall that even when we would move the cookie monster chair he would cry about it until the scuff was covered up. Or if the chair was only moved a few feet away, the minute he noticed the scuff was visable again, he would take the chair and cover it up again.
