Ephesians 4:7-10 Read In these verses Paul gives us the reason for the Spiritual Gifts he will describe in verses11-16.

Verse 7 But to Everyone- Paul is describing the manner which God establishes and preserves among us a mutual relationship. No one member of the Body of Christ is given perfection as to be able, without the ass9istance of other members of the Body, to satisfy his own needs.
