Introduction

2 Thessalonians 3:10–12 (NKJV) 10 For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: If anyone will not work, neither shall he eat. 11 For we hear that there are some who walk among you in a disorderly manner, not working at all, but are busybodies. 12 Now those who are such we command and exhort through our Lord Jesus Christ that they work in quietness and eat their own bread.
1 Timothy 5:8 (NKJV) 8 But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
we have to work as a part of our living. if God calls us to work then he built within us talents to redeem for living and giving.
we have to be diligent in seeking God to see what he has called you too.

Part of developing personal vision is to understand strengths and weaknesses

Lamentations 3:40 (NKJV) 40 Let us search out and examine our ways, And turn back to the Lord;
Psalm 77:6 (NKJV) 6 I call to remembrance my song in the night; I meditate within my heart, And my spirit makes diligent search.

Lamentations 3:40

when is the last time you checked your motives?
where does your definition of success come from?
you know your biggest weaknesses ?
do you know your strength?
do you know you know your biggest weaknesses ?
