Today - social media is crazy.

Cyber bullying. In my day you could be bullied at school and learn ways to cope with it. These days it never goes away. I post these little videos occasionally and usually by the end of the day it has around 200 views.

While our words are what they are we should compare what His words do

Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly. 2 We all stumble in many ways. Anyone who is never at fault in what they say is perfect, able to keep their whole body in check.

How many times have we been in situations where we know we should just keep our mouths shut. Sometimes we do and sometimes we allow ourselves a little “release” we “vent” just a little. Can I just say that there has never been a time when I gave myself permission to speak when I knew I should keep my mouth shut that it went well.

There have been times however when my silence helped rather than hurt. That despite the fact that I knew I was right, it was better to just keep it to myself.

My wife has a saying.. Being right isn’t always what it’s cracked up to be.

7 All kinds of animals, birds, reptiles and sea creatures are being tamed and have been tamed by mankind, 8 but no human being can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison.

* If you cannot control our own tongue you should excercise great mercy and forgiveness for the stupid things people say. They literally can't help themselves.
