I - I love you and I’m excited to be a part of what is going on here at BCC. In this slice of history 7 billion people occupy this planet. I’ve observed that this world is broken. I believe that the local church is the hope of the world… It’s not the arts, business, education, government, families or sports.

The church is the hope of the world. 2000 years ago our missional God sent His son...

John 3:16 NLT

16 “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

The church is the conduit for God’s truth and love. 18 years ago (BTW BCC’s birthday is next month)/History… WE home, WE Pharmacy, WE Stone Building, WE old Ecusta Union Hall.

We - I want to awaken the dream in you. Maybe it has died. Shattered. Or the lie you have believed that WE can’t make a difference.

I want to make a difference with a group of people that want to make a difference at a time that will make a difference.

We are a gift to the world. The church, every man, woman, boy and girl that has accepted Jesus as the forgiver of their sins and the leader of their lives. We have a mission and this month we are going to break it down is Jesus & WE.

God - Jesus said it like this...

John 17:18 NLT

18 Just as you sent me into the world, I am sending them into the world.

“Just as You gave me a mission I’m giving them a mission.” - Jesus

Out of a dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ WE will be on mission. Not one weekend a year, not one trip a year. But as we live and breath will will take every opportunity to be a gift to the world. To offer help and hope the the helpless, hopeless and harrassed.

Acts 1:8 NLT

8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

WATER - Access to safe water could prevent the deaths of 1.5 million children a year worldwide.

FOOD - 870 million people in the world are suffering from chronic undernourishment.

SHELTER - Homelessness or inadequeate shelter affects over 100 million people worldwide.

EDUCATION - Roughly 50 percent of children in developing coutries complete school through the 5th grade.

MEDICAL - 90% of medincines are brought into developling countries rather than being provided by the country itseld.

SPIRITUAL - People’s greatest need today is reconcliation back to God. Every child deserves a church living and teaching the truths of Jesus Christ.
