Biblical parenting part 4

The purpose of the series was to focus on building a solid bedrock for biblical parenting and setting each and everyone of us up on that foundation.
so, we have focused on ourselves and our spiritual formation - my philosophy is this: “you can not be a good tree and suddenly bring forth bad fruits” the bible says in mat 7:16-17
Matthew 7:16–17 KJV 1900
16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
Matthew 17:16–17 ESV
And I brought him to your disciples, and they could not heal him.” And Jesus answered, “O faithless and twisted generation, how long am I to be with you? How long am I to bear with you? Bring him here to me.”
in other words, in the past few weeks, I have laboured under the influence of the Holy Spirit, to shape our thinking and to help us see what might be needing any adjustment in our personal work with God, why is this important? it is your personal walk with God that will set the atmosphere that supports biblical parenting. You and I will become an example of godliness, when our words and ways line up with God’s word and way… that statement, i coined from the book, foundation for godly parenting.
1 Timothy 4:12 KJV 1900
12 Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
