(Rom 2:22) You who say that one should not commit adultery, do you commit adultery?
You who abhor idols, do you rob temples?
(Rom 3:5) But if our unrighteousness demonstrates the righteousness of God, what shall we say?
The God who inflicts wrath is not unrighteous, is He? (I am speaking in human terms.)
(Rom 3:8) And why not say (as we are slanderously reported and as some claim that we say), "Let us do evil that good may come"?
Their condemnation is just.
(Rom 3:19) Now we know that whatever the Law says, it speaks to those who are under the Law, so that every mouth may be closed and all the world may become accountable to God;
(Rom 3:26) for the demonstration, I say, of His righteousness at the present time, so that He would be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.
(Rom 4:1) What then shall we say that Abraham, our forefather according to the flesh, has found?
(Rom 4:3) For what does the Scripture say? "ABRAHAM BELIEVED GOD, AND IT WAS CREDITED TO HIM AS RIGHTEOUSNESS."
(Rom 4:9) Is this blessing then on the circumcised, or on the uncircumcised also?
For we say, "FAITH WAS CREDITED TO ABRAHAM AS RIGHTEOUSNESS."
(Rom 6:1) What shall we say then?
Are we to continue in sin so that grace may increase?
(Rom 7:7) What shall we say then?
Is the Law sin? May it never be!
On the contrary, I would not have come to know sin except through the Law; for I would not have known about coveting if the Law had not said, "YOU SHALL NOT COVET."
(Rom 8:31) What then shall we say to these things?
If God is for us, who is against us?
(Rom 9:14) What shall we say then?
There is no injustice with God, is there?
May it never be!
(Rom 9:15) For He says to Moses, "I WILL HAVE MERCY ON WHOM I HAVE MERCY, AND I WILL HAVE COMPASSION ON WHOM I HAVE COMPASSION."
(Rom 9:17) For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, "FOR THIS VERY PURPOSE I RAISED YOU UP, TO DEMONSTRATE MY POWER IN YOU, AND THAT MY NAME MIGHT BE PROCLAIMED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE EARTH."
(Rom 9:19) You will say to me then, "Why does He still find fault?
For who resists His will?"
(Rom 9:20) On the contrary, who are you, O man, who answers back to God?
The thing molded will not say to the molder, "Why did you make me like this," will it?
(Rom 9:25) As He says also in Hosea, "I WILL CALL THOSE WHO WERE NOT MY PEOPLE, 'MY PEOPLE,' AND HER WHO WAS NOT BELOVED, 'BELOVED.'"
(Rom 9:30) What shall we say then?
That Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness, attained righteousness, even the righteousness which is by faith;
(Rom 10:6) But the righteousness based on faith speaks as follows: "DO NOT SAY IN YOUR HEART, 'WHO WILL ASCEND INTO HEAVEN?' (that is, to bring Christ down),
(Rom 10:8) But what does it say?
"THE WORD IS NEAR YOU, IN YOUR MOUTH AND IN YOUR HEART"--that is, the word of faith which we are preaching,
(Rom 10:11) For the Scripture says, "WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED."
(Rom 10:16) However, they did not all heed the good news; for Isaiah says, "LORD, WHO HAS BELIEVED OUR REPORT?"
(Rom 10:18) But I say, surely they have never heard, have they?
Indeed they have; "THEIR VOICE HAS GONE OUT INTO ALL THE EARTH, AND THEIR WORDS TO THE ENDS OF THE WORLD."
(Rom 10:19) But I say, surely Israel did not know, did they?
First Moses says, "I WILL MAKE YOU JEALOUS BY THAT WHICH IS NOT A NATION, BY A NATION WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING WILL I ANGER YOU."
(Rom 10:20) And Isaiah is very bold and says, "I WAS FOUND BY THOSE WHO DID NOT SEEK ME, I BECAME MANIFEST TO THOSE WHO DID NOT ASK FOR ME."
(Rom 10:21) But as for Israel He says, "ALL THE DAY LONG I HAVE STRETCHED OUT MY HANDS TO A DISOBEDIENT AND OBSTINATE PEOPLE."
(Rom 11:1) I say then, God has not rejected His people, has He? May it never be!
For I too am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
(Rom 11:2) God has not rejected His people whom He foreknew.
Or do you not know what the Scripture says in the passage about Elijah, how he pleads with God against Israel?
(Rom 11:9) And David says, "LET THEIR TABLE BECOME A SNARE AND A TRAP, AND A STUMBLING BLOCK AND A RETRIBUTION TO THEM.
(Rom 11:11) I say then, they did not stumble so as to fall, did they?
May it never be!
But by their transgression salvation has come to the Gentiles, to make them jealous.
(Rom 11:19) You will say then, "Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in."
(Rom 12:3) For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith.
(Rom 12:19) Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, "VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY," says the Lord.
(Rom 13:9) For this, "YOU SHALL NOT COMMIT ADULTERY, YOU SHALL NOT MURDER, YOU SHALL NOT STEAL, YOU SHALL NOT COVET," and if there is any other commandment, it is summed up in this saying, "YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF."
(Rom 14:11) For it is written, "AS I LIVE, SAYS THE LORD, EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW TO ME, AND EVERY TONGUE SHALL GIVE PRAISE TO GOD."
(Rom 15:8) For I say that Christ has become a servant to the circumcision on behalf of the truth of God to confirm the promises given to the fathers,
(Rom 15:10) Again he says, "REJOICE, O GENTILES, WITH HIS PEOPLE."
(Rom 15:12) Again Isaiah says, "THERE SHALL COME THE ROOT OF JESSE, AND HE WHO ARISES TO RULE OVER THE GENTILES, IN HIM SHALL THE GENTILES HOPE."
(1Co 1:12) Now I mean this, that each one of you is saying, "I am of Paul," and "I of Apollos," and "I of Cephas," and "I of Christ."
(1Co 1:15) so that no one would say you were baptized in my name.
(1Co 3:4) For when one says, "I am of Paul," and another, "I am of Apollos," are you not mere men?
(1Co 6:5) I say this to your shame.
Is it so, that there is not among you one wise man who will be able to decide between his brethren,
(1Co 6:16) Or do you not know that the one who joins himself to a prostitute is one body with her?
For He says, "THE TWO SHALL BECOME ONE FLESH."
(1Co 7:6) But this I say by way of concession, not of command.
(1Co 7:8) But I say to the unmarried and to widows that it is good for them if they remain even as I.
(1Co 7:12) But to the rest I say, not the Lord, that if any brother has a wife who is an unbeliever, and she consents to live with him, he must not divorce her.
(1Co 7:29) But this I say, brethren, the time has been shortened, so that from now on those who have wives should be as though they had none;
(1Co 7:35) This I say for your own benefit; not to put a restraint upon you, but to promote what is appropriate and to secure undistracted devotion to the Lord.
(1Co 9:8) I am not speaking these things according to human judgment, am I? Or does not the Law also say these things?
(1Co 10:15) I speak as to wise men; you judge what I say.
(1Co 10:20) No, but I say that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons and not to God; and I do not want you to become sharers in demons.
(1Co 10:28) But if anyone says to you, "This is meat sacrificed to idols," do not eat it, for the sake of the one who informed you, and for conscience' sake;
(1Co 11:22) What!
Do you not have houses in which to eat and drink?
Or do you despise the church of God and shame those who have nothing?
What shall I say to you? Shall I praise you?
In this I will not praise you.
(1Co 11:25) In the same way He took the cup also after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me."
(1Co 12:3) Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God says, "Jesus is accursed"; and no one can say, "Jesus is Lord," except by the Holy Spirit.
(1Co 12:15) If the foot says, "Because I am not a hand, I am not a part of the body," it is not for this reason any the less a part of the body.
(1Co 12:16) And if the ear says, "Because I am not an eye, I am not a part of the body," it is not for this reason any the less a part of the body.
(1Co 12:21) And the eye cannot say to the hand, "I have no need of you"; or again the head to the feet, "I have no need of you."
(1Co 14:16) Otherwise if you bless in the spirit only, how will the one who fills the place of the ungifted say the "Amen" at your giving of thanks, since he does not know what you are saying?
(1Co 14:21) In the Law it is written, "BY MEN OF STRANGE TONGUES AND BY THE LIPS OF STRANGERS I WILL SPEAK TO THIS PEOPLE, AND EVEN SO THEY WILL NOT LISTEN TO ME," says the Lord.
(1Co 14:23) Therefore if the whole church assembles together and all speak in tongues, and ungifted men or unbelievers enter, will they not say that you are mad?
(1Co 14:34) The women are to keep silent in the churches; for they are not permitted to speak, but are to subject themselves, just as the Law also says.
(1Co 15:12) Now if Christ is preached, that He has been raised from the dead, how do some among you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?
(1Co 15:27) For HE HAS PUT ALL THINGS IN SUBJECTION UNDER HIS FEET.
But when He says, "All things are put in subjection," it is evident that He is excepted who put all things in subjection to Him.
(1Co 15:35) But someone will say, "How are the dead raised?
And with what kind of body do they come?"
(1Co 15:50) Now I say this, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.
(1Co 15:54) But when this perishable will have put on the imperishable, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then will come about the saying that is written, "DEATH IS SWALLOWED UP in victory.
(2Co 2:5) But if any has caused sorrow, he has caused sorrow not to me, but in some degree--in order not to say too much--to all of you.
(2Co 5:8) we are of good courage, I say, and prefer rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord.
(2Co 6:2) for He says, "AT THE ACCEPTABLE TIME I LISTENED TO YOU, AND ON THE DAY OF SALVATION I HELPED YOU." Behold, now is "THE ACCEPTABLE TIME," behold, now is "THE DAY OF SALVATION"--
(2Co 6:17) "Therefore, COME OUT FROM THEIR MIDST AND BE SEPARATE," says the Lord.
"AND DO NOT TOUCH WHAT IS UNCLEAN; And I will welcome you.
