1 Thessalonians 4:13–14 LEB
Now we do not want you to be ignorant, brothers, concerning those who have fallen asleep, so that you will not grieve as also the rest, who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, thus also God will bring those who have fallen asleep through Jesus together with him.
BIBLE VERSE EXPLAIN

They were worried about what happen to Christians who had died.

They believed that Jesus would be coming back soon.

Would they be forgotten or miss out on something.

They expected the Christ would return very shortly.
We should always live with the idea that Jesus will come back any second.
