The powerful truth of the Bible

We beleive the bible is God's very word, sufficient for all matters of life and godliness. That it is true and alive and eternally unchanging. that apart from it, there is no gospel, no salvation, no growth, no wisdom, no correction, no comfort, no hope. That it doesn't need to be updated to accomodate modern science and human wisdom, or moderated to suit popular tastes. It is not peripheral to our liveds- it is the fulcrum on which all human history turns. And it is precisely what people today of every age, race, creed, and tongue need most.
