Intro..

You’ve heard the Glise.. but it true
Freedom is never Free.. if you are free to it is because someone paid the price..

A Million lives soldiers have been paid for your liberty… Everyone of those warriors would…speak to you from the wound their suffering the battle field sinking in a submarine or falling out of the sky… and they would say… enjoy your freedom and do not allow any one to take it away….

The last thing the million slain soilders would want you to do.. is to fail to experience freedom to it’s fullest extention.. do not become a prrsion in a land of liberity…

It would be great .. it the reality was set your foot on Amecan Soil.. and you are instantly free… but the fact is you are not….

The fact remains you stand on the soil of a free county and be heard hostage to terreny within. By one capture after another…

Facts about bondange---

- the shackles of Alcohol abuse.

We have freedom in Amercan but not everyone is Free.

The fact is there internal shackles that

Freedom is never free It took the Blood of a Million men and Woman in Amercan militarey uniform to provide you this day of freedom in Amercan.. and it took the Blood of the Jesus to provide freedom for you in the complexties of your private world..

You do not get free by just living in Amercan.. you get free by having the name of Jesus liberate your life.!!!!!

There is a douctment.

Sure you have freedom of Speech.. Freedom of Relgion. Freedom to assmby. Freedom to bear arms. Freedoms backed by the constiutucion of the US.Goverment…

Jesus state his mission in.. Is. 61;1
luke 4: 6 He went to Nazareth, where he had been brought up, and on the Sabbath day he went into the synagogue, as was his custom. And he stood up to read. 17 The scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed to him. Unrolling it, he found the place where it is written:

18 “The Spirit of the Lord is on me,

because he has anointed me

to preach good news to the poor.

He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners

and recovery of sight for the blind,

to release the oppressed,

19 to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”

20 Then he rolled up the scroll, gave it back to the attendant and sat down. The eyes of everyone in the synagogue were fastened on him, 21 and he began by saying to them, “Today this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.

We gave a way of giving away our liberty..

In Acts three there is a story… about a man who was a pristion who was liberaded by the Power of Jesus… and for the next few mintues.. I do not think he would mind IF I told his story… it is a story of finding freedom at the gates..

If the man of Acts three was telling the story it would go something like this..

Acts 3:1 Now Peter and John were going up to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour. 2 And a man lame from birth was being carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple that is called the Beautiful Gate to ask alms of those entering the temple. 3 Seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, he asked to receive alms.

I was being carried up to the Beautiful Gate as like I five days a week… I always when to the gate in front of the temple.. because… people seem to be more tender and generous when they are thinking about God…..

From the day I was born my legs were twisted and week.. I had never walked a day in my life.. must less run down a hill. Or jump toward the blue on the sky.. I had always just lived locked to ever spot people.. dropped me… When you are locked to one spot… you do a lot of thinking about life. More than any other thoughts that came acoss my mind there were two that almost tortured me they … 1. ”Why ME”? . 2 “Why not Me”?

Why Me..?

To be born with powerless twigs legs. Why me.

To have to be carried around by other people. Why Me.

To have to beg.. for my evening meal.. why me.

To sit in my own unriene cause I can move.. why me.

To be unable to standup straight and not hold my soilders starith why me..

Take it from me… you have to really watch those “Why me” thoughts that will make you a prision much quicker than any Phyucal problem you may have…

The Why me. Turn into Why not me..

There I was… and these two men… you could tell they were on a mission… walked by… there was enery. A boldness about them… I asked for a dollor . spare chage…

What did I have to lose and I got much more than I could ever dream…

Acts 3:4 And Peter directed his gaze at him, as did John, and said, “Look at us.” 5 And he fixed his attention on them, expecting to receive something from them.

One of the guys I later found out was named Peter… Like locked on to me… like he directed his graze at me…. Which was odd because most people try to avoid looking at me fore a varoy of reason… so they do have to feel bad about not giving me any thing.. because I am pitivy looking sight.. but his guy… looked at hole thooug me… as if some power from another world… wouldn’t let him do any thing else….

Then he said….these words…

“Look at Us” I could clearly see his partner was in this thing with him…. You could almost see invible. Unity. Agreement. Teamwork whatevery they were into they were in it together.... this John Guy.. was right there with this peter guy…..

Acts 3:6 But Peter said, “I have no silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you.

My emotions did a rolloer coaster ride.. because he :said “look at us” I thought I was going to receive something.. then my hopes for a a warm meal that night took a noise dive as this Peter guy… said… Sliver and Gold have I none.. when you are a begger that the last person you want to meet.. someone who will look you in the eye give you a little attendtion and then find our they are broke… . After that Line silver and Gold have I none… I was at the bottom.. than the next moment chaged everything…… Ladies and Gentlemen.. I do not have the words to tell you what a mess I was .. not just phyisall but emotionalily…

Now I … I do not know what kind of issues you are going though.. but you need to listen to what happened to Me…. This Peter guy.. Stateed Silver and Gold have I none. But such as I have give I thee…. My hopes started to go back up the rollor coater as I thought we was going to hand me some jerky or a piece of bread. Maybe pillow or a cloth wrap.. but he gave me none of those things… He gave me a “Name.” He spoke a Name over my misery. A Name of all things… who could imjagea that a Name.. could make such a differcnce…

This man said Silver and gold have I none but such as I have give I thee
IN the Name Of Jesus Rise Up and Walk…. All of you .. most of you alrreay know my story.. but you do not know my side of the Story… When this Peter Guy.. said…In the Name of Jesus Christ of naziceth rise up… and walk… the words in name of Jesus Christ of nazieth rise up got..to my ears before that part about getting up and walking….

You know the story about my legs getting strong…but listen before strengn came to my legs…. The words in the name of Jesus Rise up.. all kinds of other low lying areas of my would rose to their feet and started dancing before my legs ever lifted me… In the name of Jesus rise up… something snaped in my innermost… my… rise up.. it was like hungers of things on the inside of me starting rising long before my legs..

My hope started risesin. My vision for my future started risiiing.. my view of my condtion stated rising..my additue starting arising. My understanding for my esititionce started rising. My change for propeity starting rising… Oh I could go on and on…literys hundreds of interal issues just started to soar…

what I am trying to tell you… is when you come in contact with that Name.. the Name of Jesus..In its power.. there will be a Lift.. an upward thrust.. things that were spiriitn downward at a rapid rate..will start to rise.. when the Name is apply…

If I were you … if you hope is weak… say the name.. if you vision for bettr future is growing dim..say the name… if you question what you exisitince on this planet is all aobut say the name.. if your addiudte is contaimated..apply the name to you addiltue…

I will testtif the Name of Jeuss.. will attack you sink holes in your inner world fill them with faith hope and love.. and eleveate everything about you.. inside and out…

In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazetine Rise up… Rise up..

Rise up.. out of your self peity.. rise up out of you “Why me. mentality.”

Rise up out of you impartment that has been hanging on you since birth.”

Acts 3:6…. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!”

That man said… In the name of JCof N. rise up and walk..

Nevves that I didn’t know I had stated to tingle.. musles began to be strengthen..

Controls from my head actually began to obey me below my waist.. bones began to developel enougth density to support me.. angles in my tisted legs began to get correctd by some kind of super natural georamitis… my feet turned to the proper postion.. my anglces tharwed out from their frozed postion…. ..

Acts 3:7 And he took him by the right hand and raised him up, and immediately his feet and ankles were made strong. 8 And leaping up he stood and began to walk, and entered the temple with them, walking and leaping and praising God. 9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God,

This peter guy extened not only the name but his hand to me… and to help me up and by the time I was was complete healed… I couldn’t help but leap.. one moment I was locked to the earth imoble the next moble I could slam dung a bastket ball.

Acts 3:9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God, 10 and recognized him as the one who sat at the Beautiful Gate of the temple, asking for alms. And they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.

I know you have heard my story… but can I tell you what I was thinging.. as I was walking and leaping.. jumping….. the thoughts had pounded me to the depts. Of depression were the same thoughts at were causing me to soar..

I used to think.. ‘why me”.. Why do I have to be cripped.. why me.. I do I have to be a begger… why me why do I have to be an outcast.. ..after the Name of Jesus was spoken over my life… I was thinking why me..but the Name chaged every.. In of why me.. everyting is going wrong… Not it was Why Me… why sould I be so blessed as I am..

Why Me… why should I be the reience of so much favor of God.. Why Me… Why would God Love me so much to give me such and unseaker gift….

And instead of thinging… Why not me.. why can I be whole… I was.. In stead of thinking Why not Me.. being able to life a healthly life.. instead of all that self peity why not me… I starteing thinking… Peter and John is lifting up the name of Jesus “Why not me”… those guys are not ashamed of the Gospel why not me… those guys have the gifts of the spirit flowing thought them 24/7 why not me……. Those guys go out on a limb to obey the Holy Spirit … Why not. Me..

You see… I still had the same thoughts… Why me… and why not me.. but the Name of Jesus totally reworked the way may thoughts filted to my being…..

You can read what I did got the case of the don’t cares I just stated praising God all over the place… I did care.. what people thought me… the Name of Jesus was going to get blessed out my mouth..

Long story short… if you are captve … you need the name of Jesus spoken over your world…

Peter and John got in a lot of tropble for minister to me..

Acts 3:11 While he clung to Peter and John, all the people ran together to them in the portico called Solomon’s, astounded. 12 And when Peter saw it he addressed the people:

15 and you killed the Author of life, whom God raised from the dead. To this we are witnesses. 16 And his name—by faith in his name—has made this man strong whom you see and know, and the faith that is through Jesus has given the man this perfect health in the presence of you all.

Of course I was hugging this peter guy…. And the crowd was watching so.. Peter once again just got bold… told ever one there watching as recored in acts 3:14 I was in perfecrt health by name of Jesus whom they had just crucifed.. four five months early..

When.. Peter told those people that I stood there in perfect health… I began to think… hey wait a second… I know my mind is healed and my legs are healed but he just said I had perfect health.. I realized.. that a lot of my minor illemst and issres had been addressed….. In realtes noting is to big or small for Jesus…..

Peter and john got thown into Jail… and you will never guess what those guys did.. they jusy the form to Mention the name of Jesus again …to a wider audance..

Acts 4: 8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “Rulers of the people and elders, 9 if we are being examined today concerning a good deed done to a crippled man, by what means this man has been healed, 10 let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead—by him this man is standing before you well.

The Story of my Life.. is this… The Name of Jesus change everything about me….

After that day by the gate… I devoted my self to studying the Name of Jesus… would you?

I ve learned about His Name…
Is. Said it best when he wrote hundreds of years before Jeussu was born..

Isa. 9:6 For to us a child is born,

to us a son is given,

and the government will be on his shoulders.

Wonderful Counselor, Mighty

God,

Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

there will be no end.

How is he wonderful- he is wonderful.wonderful means miracleous.

He was wonderful in his birth.

He was wonderful in his life.

He was wonderful in his healing.

He was wonderful in his deliverance

He was wonderful in hangin on the cross.

He was wonderful when they took him down.

He was wonderful when death lost it’ grip

He was wonderful in his ascension.

He was wonderful when he poured out the Holy Spirit.

And the day he comes back you and me.. it will be wonderful
